Welcome to The Cape Escape, our cherished 1956 Cape-style home. This 2-bedroom retreat includes a king and queen room, kitchen, living room, and bathroom—all on the main floor. The second floor and basement are not included unless booked through our other listing. Starting 7/20/25, owners live in the basement with private access. No shared spaces. Quiet neighborhood, 2-car parking.

Welcome to our inviting Cape Cod-style home, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This beautifully maintained home features two comfortable bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living and dining area offer a cozy atmosphere to unwind.

Enjoy the private backyard—a peaceful retreat for kids and adults to relax, play, or dine outdoors. Two parking spots are available on-site, with additional street parking nearby.

Please note: Beginning July 20, 2025, homeowners will reside in the basement with separate/private access. There are no shared spaces, and your stay remains completely private.

Whether visiting for business or leisure, our home offers a quiet, comfortable stay with all the essentials for a great visit.
