-Livingroom with beautiful fireplace flows into our well stocked kitchen. Offering a space for the whole crew to enjoy together.
-Our screened-in back porch with fireplace is the best place to unwind.
-The primary suite is a vacation luxury and located just off the Livingroom.
-Mudroom, laundry room and half bath are also located on main level.
●Upstairs
- Additional living space with our large loft. A great alternative hangout space with large smart tv, our queen sofa sleeper and 2 full size arcade consoles.
- You'll find everyone has their own space upstairs with 4 bedrooms including our custom-built bunkroom featuring its own private full bath.
-To continue the comforts, an additional full bathroom is located upstairs.

Watch wildlife just outside the door and unwind on the front porch, where rocking chairs offer peaceful, distant mountain views. Screened back porch with fireplace provides backyard views. The extra-large backyard is a favorite for kids and dogs to play. You’ll also find a wood firepit, and stairs heading down to our private floating dock on the Rocky River.
●River & Dock Access
The private floating dock is just beyond the backyard, and stairs are required to reach it, —common for many Tennessee waterfront homes.
While river views from inside the home are limited due to the mature natural landscape and the expansive yard, guests can fully enjoy the river from two furnished patios located along the way to the dock for your enjoyment and viewing pleasure.

-TVA adjusts our water levels seasonally, so they’re highest in the summer and lowest in the winter.
-Our floating dock, like many others on the river, may be challenging to use in winter months when waters are at their lowest. 2 alternative water access points can be found nearby.
To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and preserve the integrity of our home, we allow a maximum occupancy of 12 guests, including infants. Please reach out if you have any questions 😊
🐾We’re happy to welcome dogs! Please add them to your reservation which includes a pet fee (2 dogs allowed), so our cleaning team knows to prepare the home with extra care after our furry friend’s check out. -We ask that pet parents follow the pet courtesy guidelines during their stay.

We’re happy to host guests of all ages. We provide a baby gate for the stairs, highchair with a food tray and packNplay. Please note:

▪︎Dressers and large furniture are not anchored to walls & cleaning supplies are within reach.
▪︎There are multiple stairs and elevated patios near the river, children must be closely supervised at all times in these areas.
