The cabin is a newly renovated vintage structure nestled only 4 blocks from main street Fredericksburg, Texas. The cabin is located in town, but once in side one feels an immediate sense of serenity and coziness. The cabin is fully equipped.

The space
The interior of the cabin has hardwood floors and a vaulted wood ceiling supported by four long leaf original pine trusses. The trusses are reinforced with steel gussets. A queen size bed is positioned for convenient viewing of fireplace and television. Wireless internet is available. The television has roku for streaming movies on netflix and prime video. You can also select CBS Access to watch news and TV. Alexa is at your command as well for great music, news, and pod casts.
There is a gas fireplace, gas cook stove, gas tankless hot water heater, small refrigerator, microwave and cabinetry with open shelving stocked with coffee and tea. Guests have easy access to a covered common shared patio and a front porch.
The bathroom once housed the chicken coop. It has been converted with retro green sink and toilet from the 50's. Solid wainscot lines the bathroom. The ceiling has remained its original low profile. THE CEILING HEIGHT IS ADEQUATE FOR GUESTS UNLESS YOUR STATURE EXCEEDS 6'3". The cabin is centrally situated among other rental properties. Off street rear parking is located opposite your front door next to the privacy fence. The total price will include the 7% city hotel motel tax as well as your cleaning fee.

The neighborhood is uniques because it is on a main artery into town. Milam street runs north to Enchanted Rock and Main Street. There are large shoulders for walkers and bicyclists. The property has large pecan trees and native drought tolerate plants. There is a small garden located behind the fireplace. It is not uncommon to see deer!
