Located at 500 meters from the village of Tholaria, the House lies on a mull surrounded by hills. It nests on a land in terraces with its vineyard and vegetable garden. The house is entirely self-sustaining, relying on solar power, winter-rain water storage and traditional farming methods. The dirt path leading to the village is a 7minutes walk and the house can be accessed by car at a low pace.
It's the departing point for many beautiful hicking tracks.

The space
New in 2015: Following feedback from our guests last Summer, all rooms now have effective mosquito nets in the windows. We have also installed a mini-fridge in this double room.
This double room has independent access, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with a view on the sea. There is a small fridge in the room.
The cleaning fee includes a full clean of the room at the end of your stay, or once a week, for stays of ten days or more. Additional room service can be added during your stay, at a surcharge.
Breakfast can be added (5€/person), as well as organic meals, concocted with the vegetables from the garden and local products.
The house is animal and child-friendly. Among our permanent residents are a dog, a sheep and many cats.
It is surrounded by a vast garden, with a lot of vegetation, including a big vegetable garden and a pizza oven in the yard.
