Designed for families and larger groups visiting Yosemite, this fully remodeled four-bedroom home combines three king bedrooms, a dedicated six-bed bunk room, spa-inspired bathrooms, and a peaceful creekside setting just 35 minutes from Yosemite South Entrance. Large gathering spaces and outdoor dining make it easy to relax after a day exploring the park.

The layout includes three king bedrooms, a dedicated bunk room with six built-in twin beds, three full bathrooms, a spacious open-concept living area, and a fully stocked kitchen designed for group meals. Large windows overlook the surrounding forest while the outdoor deck provides space for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the seasonal creek.

Located 35 minutes from Yosemite South Entrance, 12 minutes from Oakhurst, and 18 minutes from Bass Lake, the home makes it easy to explore the area while returning to a quiet forest setting each evening.

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire house along with the exterior space, which includes an outdoor dining area with beautiful views of the waterfall and creek.

House Guidelines and Info:
1.) Security Camera: For the safety and security of all guests, security cameras are installed at the front driveway and one doorbell camera at front door.
2.) Shoes-off Policy: We kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the cabin. As we often have families with infants who enjoy crawling around, please be considerate. A shoe rack is provided at the front entrance with indoor slippers available on the wall rack.
3.) NO PARTIES Allowed: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are strictly prohibited on the property.
4.) Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
5.) Respectful Neighborhood: Our cabin is located in a quiet family neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful. Noise complaints and parties will result in fines up to $500.
6.) The Creek front has certain areas with steep granite cliffs. Please be careful and keep adequate distance from the ledge. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their group.
7.) Outdoor string lights on house are programmed to turn on at sunset and turn off at 10:30PM

9.) Please note we cannot refund or adjust reservations due to snow/weather. For your peace of mind we highly recommend selecting Airbnb travel insurance at booking (also known as cancellation protection). Usually less than $50 and will provide full refund in case trip is impacted by unforeseen circumstances such as snowstorms, travel delays, sickness or weather disruptions. 10.) BBQ grill with propane provided which you are welcome to use, please clean the grill after use. Additional cleaning fee $50 will be assessed if not cleaned.
