Situated on Esquiline Hill in Old Rome, it is really a great location to explore the city on foot. The Colosseum, Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiorie, San Giovanni in Laterano, Trevi Fountain, and many others are a short walk away. To visit The Vatican you can board the metro at Termini a few blocks.

Luca’s B&B is a fully-licensed Bed & Breakfast and has been providing the best Italian hospitality since 2000. We love helping people explore our beautiful city and can offer maps and some local insight about the places to visit. We can also meet you at the train station to help with luggage and directions upon request.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Both Luca and Nicole were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts provided were more than enough to keep us full for a while! When we got there, Luca took lots of time to educate us about Rome and pointed out excellent restaurants and sights. The bedroom was very comfortable with an air conditioner. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Where to even begin with Luca and Nicole's place... first and foremost, their home is essentially around the corner from the Roma Termini train station and the metro lines. The Colosseum is about a 15-20 minute walk (with a 10 year old) and several places are walking or a short trip on the metro. Check-in was a breeze as Nicole and Luca met my son and I at the train station and escorted us back to their place. Additionally, the both have us invaluable information for our trip depending on what we had planned. What sets them apart from other hosts -- and this is coming from a host in the U.S -- is that go above and beyond for their guests. From the time you wake up in the morning to the moment you leave -- it's an experience you don't receive in many AirBnbs around the globe. They know the ins and outs of Rome and are willing to get anything you need. I enjoyed countless hours chatting with Nicole and/or Luca during our visit. They were both very patient with my overactive 10 year old and entertained his nonstop conversation. During the past month traveling Europe, Nicole and Luca made Rome one of our favorite stops. We left as friends that we hope to see again soon. To anyone debating on booking their place, do yourself a favor and do it.

Luca and Nicole were amazing hosts. They were helpful as soon as we arrived, showing us a map of Rome and the best routes to take to see everything we could in our short stay. They recommended restaurants, showed us which metro stops to take and gave us advice about roaming the city. Both Luca and Nicole are so friendly and welcoming, we felt at home here! We were offered breakfast and coffee every morning and the bathroom was always spotless when we would arrive back in the evening. The location was unbeatable, right next to Roma Termini train station, the metro stop and walking distance to all main sites. They also just installed an air-conditioning unit which is great in the Rome heat. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Rome and recommend to anyone to stay here on your next vacation!

Great place! Fantastic hosts! That made the place! We only met with Nicole, but she was wonderful to talk to and to assist with walking us from the train station to the place and back again. Perfect outline on how and when to see things in the city. Fantastic! And super generous with food! Our kiddo didn't like a strong cheese and the next morning, there was a different cheese for him! So kind and thoughtful! Super clean and enough space for the three of us there. One morning it rained and so we just played in the room for 2.5 hours. This place is worth it! We'd definitely go back! (Plus AC in room!)

Luca and Nicole gave us amazing tips on how to see the best of Rome and which restaurants to eat at. They also provided a breakfast and coffee as soon as we woke up. The air conditioning was also great in our room and made it very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay with Luca and Nicole. Nicole met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. It wouldn't have been difficult to find, but this is just how helpful they are. Luca gave us a bunch of advise on sightseeing, transportation and food. All good advise. Nicole was very friendly and willing to make our stay a pleasant one. She even went out to get ice when they had none. Breakfast is pre packaged food due to health regulations. Apartment clean. Bed soft. Close to subway and train.
