Michael was an awesome host. We arrived after dark, and he was there to greet us, flip the lights on and help us bring our things to the campsite to set up.
The campsite itself is gorgeous. Its situated on a soft lawn right on the river. There is a fire pit, clean bathrooms and river access. Its was a great stopping point for me and my family on the way into Yosemite from SF.
We will definitely be back!
The pictures on the site do not do this property justice and they are so super sweet! My girlfriends and I really appreciate everything they've done for us and their open and caring communication. Their place was like a little slice of natural paradise. I'm already mentally planning my next trip there!
Heerlijke campeerplek, schaduwrijk aan de rivier! Zeer gastvrij ontvangen en gul gebruik van alle voorzieningen. Aanrader!
Mike and Nancy were both very gracious hosts. They were attentive, considerate, and knowledgeable about the area. They provided for use of a canoe and stand up paddle boards, which was unexpected. The space was well kept and much nicer and larger than is depicted in the photos. I definitely recommend for couples and groups.
OMG that's what you will say while walking down the path to the campsite. The pictures don't do it justice. The hosts are gracious and want to make your stay memorable. The river is cold but all else is magnificent. Town is just minutes away and the scenery beautiful. Looking forward to returning.
