The space
As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a beautiful courtyard with french limestone floors, and a large first-floor living area with a custom bar and direct access to the resort-style pool - one of the largest residential gulf front pools ever built in Northwest Florida. The first level also features multiple bedroom suites, each with direct access to the rear pool deck, outdoor kitchen, raised spa, saltwater pool, sun deck, and wide open south and west elevations for endless sunset views.

The second level is where you'll find the heart of the home - a chef's kitchen with custom appliances, wood cabinets, a massive center island, and finely appointed finishes, including a hand-built vent hood by Thierry Francois and his signature french oak flooring. The open living room off the kitchen offers unparalleled views of the gulf and the resort-style pool, with access to expansive south-facing porches and 10' glass sliding doors.

The third floor is the primary suite level, featuring an expansive primary bedroom with an ensuite spa-like bathroom and substantial western views for sunset elevations. The primary suite has exclusive access to the expansive south-facing covered porch. The ensuite bathroom boasts beautiful marble mosaic tile, a soaking tub, and a shower encased in suspended glass, all while overlooking floor-to-ceiling glass windows with pristine Gulf views.
