Villa Kleoa is a brand new 4-bedroom luxury property located in Seseh, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, spas, yoga center etc. With its huge swimming pool with patio space, a spacious living area on both floors (one even boasting a football table), full kitchen and ideal location, it's a perfect pick for large groups or families.
The space
Experience the best of Bali and Seseh area by staying at our brand new villa: Villa Kleoa.
Accommodating groups of 10 people (+ 2 extra guests possible for which we would provide extra single beds if needed and it comes with an additional cost), our villa consists of two floors:
On the ground floor you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, our first spacious living area with a smart TV (ideal to stream your favorite movies or tv shows), a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. All of which, open onto the beautiful tropical garden and the huge private swimming pool, itself coming with a beautiful seating patio space next to it: Perfect place to enjoy a drink or relax after a long day out shopping or exploring Bali.
On the second floor, you'll find the other two bedrooms of the villa, sharing a bathroom, and also a second living space with a spacious seating area, a football table (also known as 'babyfoot' in french, or 'foosball' in the US) to play with your friends and family, and a balcony/rooftop space to enjoy some sun and get a tan.
Our villa also comes fully staffed with daily cleaning 6 day per week, pool & garden maintenance 2/3 times per week, and provides exclusive Concierge services, support & assistance 24/7 ensuring a worry less stay!
All located walking distance to a few restaurants and to the beach. A true luxurious nest of paradise for any groups traveling to Bali.
As the neighborhood is still developing, there is ongoing construction nearby, which result in constant noise. We will always do our best to ensure your stay remains as comfortable as possible.
Guest access
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.

• HOW CAN I ORGANIZE SOME SERVICES DURING MY STAY?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.
• CAN YOU PRE-FILL THE FRIDGE FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let me know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via Airbnb along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
• DO YOU PROVIDE LAUNDRY SERVICES?
We can assist you into bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged.
• SHOULD I EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER MOSQUITOES, INSECTS OR OTHER ANIMALS?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
