Spacious 1 bedroom at Alamo Square

Apartment - Private room · Fulton Street, San Francisco, CA 94117, United States

The Space

The apartment is located one block east of Alamo Square (think famous Painted Ladies/Full House homes) and is conveniently located one block from two major Muni bus lines (the 5 & 22) and in between the happening neighborhoods of Lower Haight, Hayes Valley, and Nopa. You can get downtown, to the Mission, to the Marina, and to Golden Gate Park/the beach in about 20 minutes each.

The room has an amazing amount of light, is spacious, and comes with closest space. There is a full sized bed and plenty of extra space.

The apartment does not have a living room, but has a great bathroom and a kitchen.

There is no cable TV, but there is internet/wifi!

You would be sharing this very well kept and extremely clean three bedroom, one bath, Edwardian flat with two responsible, working, respectful, friendly, and professional people, and you will be expected to match and maintain the mindfulness and cleanliness standards of the household.

Parking: very easy to park close by, there are few restrictions, no meters, no time limits, and there are no permits needed.

  • It was a pleasure to stay at Chloé's apartment and get acquainted with her and her apartment-mate Topango. They are both charming and kind individuals. Their place is clean, comfortable, welcoming and nature-inspired. The location is easy to reach, even with public transportation. I do recommend it. :)

  • Chloé's apartment is a very nice place in a nice location (next to Alamo square that offers a nice view of the skyscrapers downtown with some very beautiful victorian houses in the foreground). You also have many bus lines that will take you wherever you want : downtown, to ocean beach, to the marina green, to castro / mission districts. The neighborhood is really calm, even at night. There are some nice restaurants nearby, and some groceries (Bi-rite for top quality, and safeway - kinda small supermarket for every thing else).
The apartment is really clean, very well decorated (I loved the bathroom). You'll love it if you like the nature (but if you don't, no need to be afraid : there are no flies, no spiders, no insects of any kind).
The bed is really comfortable. The desk in the room very useful.
Unfortunately Chloé was really busy during my stay, so we could not talk much. But when she was not there, her roomate Topango was here to answer my questions. They both are really nice persons and really helped me feel like at home. They also gave me some really good advices about where to find whatever I needed around.
So I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely try to come there whenever I have to come back to San Francisco again.

About
Hi! I moved to SF last year...and I LOVE it! So come visit :) I've traveled many times to Europe, Canada, Mexico, and have South America & Asia as my next go-to continents. I've traveled by and hosted on (website hidden) and so have some good experience staying with locals and hosting out-of-town travelers. I think services like AirBnB are the best way to get to know a city and it's people. Five things I can't live without: literature, wine, whiskey, films, family, friends ... MY BIKE! Barcelona, Vancouver, Montreal, and Vienna are my favorite cities...after SF of course. I'm hooked on Game of Thrones (the books) and Ender's Game is one of my all-time favorite books. Homeland, True Blood, and HIMYM are my favorite current TV showes, but you can also probably find me watching Battlestar Galactica or Arrested Development. I have two life mottos, one I stole from someone else and one that is my own: You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want - Zig Ziglar, by way of Hiten Shah and #DOEVERYTHING
