Just returned home from my week and a half stay in LA-- I have been traveling back and forth a great deal for work and decided to try out Airbnb instead of a hotel. The experience was great. The apartment was exactly as described and depicted-- it was well kept, clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect. Hunter met me outside when I arrived, he was friendly got me set up and everything from there went smoothly. Great place, great host, and definitely something I would do again.
Great apartment in a great location. It's near everything and there is even a Trader Joes half a block away which is very handy. The building gym and parking are very convenient.
Amazing area with all you need in a minutes walk away, and some of the key areas and nightlife were $5 away in an uber. Hunter was unable to greet us at the apartment and instead wrote an in depth email with all information needed. Hassle free! Beautiful apartment with a nice quiet pool area and friendly residence. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apt to everyone visiting for different occasions as it really does suit all!

I loved this apartment! I would stay here over and over again. Perfect size for 2. The description says there's a pull out but it's not really a pull out. Location is perfect, loved that we had a parking garage. Only down side is I never met hunter or spoke with him. I did try to call a couple times and there was no answer or call back.
Gorgeous appartment close to everything we needed. Hunter was sweet and helpful and there ready for our arrival. Couldn't recommend more. We wanted to stay longer.
My husband and I are first time Airbnb renters and we were happy with our selection. The apartment is modern, comfortable, has private parking, and the building has lots of amenities (gym, pool, jaquizzi, sky terraces with pool table and kitchen, etc.) We were in the center of it all. 15-30mins to Downtown L.A., San Fernando Valley, North Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Monica, Venice, just to name a few. :) I cannot forget to mention a block away from "The Griddle." 5-10mins from the Kodak Theater, Chinese Theater, The Grove, Pinks, Carneys, etc. You have your touristy spots and the 101 fwy is close by to hit up the more local spots. If an L.A. experience is what you are looking for, you won't go wrong with this rental.
