Crystal is one of the most thoughtful hosts I've rented from. We booked her East Austin home for a team of coworkers and she provided me with all the info I needed days before it was time to check in. She's also really easy to get in touch with—even when I just needed recommendations for nearby restaurants. :)
The home itself is incredible, too. It was spotless when we arrived. It's beautifully furnished, has a large kitchen / dining area, and all the amenities you'd need whether you're staying for a night or a few weeks. And, it's within walking distance of several food trucks and restaurants in the area.
Thank you, Crystal. My coworkers and I will definitely be returning.
This home is simply perfect. Filled with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Cleanliness was superb. Location excellent. Would certainly love to come back!
This place feels brand new! Clean, modern, effective, cozy. The heat / AC makes it exactly the right temp, and the place is ideal for someone staying in Austin.
This is also a livable and easy place to go -- there was food and beer in the fridge, and a grocery store a few blocks away.
It's not mentioned in the description, but if you're planning on spending time downtown (I was there for a conference at the convention center), you can take the 17 bus from across the street to downtown. It takes under 10 minutes and only costs $1! If you're out late, a cab back is about $10 (including tip). You can also walk it during the day.
The provided coffee is also a great touch -- but be careful to read the label. I almost drank decaf!
Just got back from Austin this weekend. What a great stay! I have to say one of the best stays I've had so far on Airbnb. Communicating with Crystal was a piece of cake, she was easy to contact from the minute we laid eyes on her place. The place is brand new and fully built. The place is amazing, the pictures look exactly how it is. The house was super clean as well. The beds were super comfy and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. She even provided us with an air mattress. The location of her house was close to many places we wanted to check out. Only a short taxi ride to 6th street as well. I can go on and on about how great the place was, but I do want to leave it off by saying that we were welcomed to a a great place with ice cold beer :)
Both the place and Crystal were fantastic! THe home is as lovely as it looks in the pictures, and it was the perfect refuge after full days of sightseeing in Austin. Crystal was even kind enough to have the fridge stocked with a bunch of little perks :) It's a nice short cab ride to the nightlife of the 6th street area, but with all the conveniences of a modern home. The code lock made it very easy for our group of 6 to come and go on their own schedules. I highly recommend it!
Our long weekend at Crystal's home was wonderful. Renting a home for 6 people is so much better than staying in a hotel. We were able to get up in the morning, have coffee and enjoy each others company. I would highly recommend Crystal's home if you plan to stay in the Austin area. It is a very comfortable home and in a great location. Thank you Crystal.
Overall great stay, sparse but I'd say that's how you want a rental to be. Very well stocked with things like beer, wine, snacks, soft drinks, and condiments. Good location, walking distance to a lot of great stuff on 6th. Crystal is a great host, very responsive and provides you with very good insights.
Stayed at this amazing house over the Christmas holiday with my husband, brother and parents. It was a perfect spot for us! Close proximity to everything we wanted to do. We jogged by the river every day, cooked delish meals in the open kitchen, and walked to many restaurants and bars near by!
We stayed at Crystal's house while on a business trip in Austin. The house was perfect for our stay! It was so modern, clean, and we had more than enough space for 3 of us. The beds were super comfy, and we loved the extra amenities that Crystal included like bathrobes, toiletries, a Keurig coffee maker, and even some wine and beer! Also Crystal gave us so many recommendations for places to eat, drink, see music, etc. which really improved our experience in Austin! She was a great host, and was super helpful, communicative, and easy to reach. Would definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting Austin!
The place was great. It really is a wonderful place. Very clean and spacious. I would recommend to anyone.
