Palmira House Grand Residence is located between 5 and 15 minutes by car from the city's most popular attractions.
Aguadilla is well-known for its crystal-clear waters, pristine beaches, and diverse gastronomy.
One of our most frequented and internationally recognized beaches is Crash Boat, as well as Rompeolas Beach. Additionally, from Paseo Real Marina, you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets you've ever seen from one of the bars with lookouts along the boardwalk.
There are many dining options, from food trucks and casual restaurants to elegant establishments serving fresh seafood.
We have high-end cocktail bars, a discotheque, bowling alley, golf course, skating rink, cinemas, a shopping mall, and areas for exercise. If you're looking for a bit of action and fun, you can go horseback riding, jet skiing, take surfing lessons, or enjoy a boat tour of Aguadilla Bay.

—There are two properties at this address: PALMIRA 8 SUITE and PALMIRA 8 HOUSE GRAND RESIDENCE. You are booking PALMIRA 8 HOUSE GRAND RESIDENCE, which is a standalone and independent property and is the main residence at this address.
—The facilities have an electric generator. We also have a water cistern.
— The maximum number of guests allowed in this property is four (4). Please note that we have a strict policy of not allowing visits or unregistered visitors inside or outside the property. Pets are also not allowed.
—The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so tranquility must be maintained at all times.
—No gatherings or loud conversations are allowed outside the property from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Loud music is not allowed at any time. We are very strict with this rule, and any violation will result in an immediate request to leave the property without a refund. We kindly ask that you avoid making unnecessary noise.
—Shirtless gentlemen or ladies in exposed swimsuits are not allowed in the parking area.
—Palmira HOUSE GRAND RESIDENCE has free designated parking for up to (2) cars. These must be parked one behind the other. The first car can be parked inside the carport, which is your assigned parking space and where the entrance door to the house is located. If there is a second car, it must be parked directly behind the car in the carport.
**** Please do not park or block the outdoor parking on the left side; it is designated for the guests of Palmira 8 Suite, located at the back of the main residence. Parking on the street in front or around the property is not permitted.
—Vaping, smoking cigarettes, or cannabis is not allowed inside or outside the property.
—Since Aguadilla does not have a public transportation service, nor Uber, and taxi service is limited, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. At Rafael Hernández Airport in Aguadilla (BQN), you can find almost all the major car rental franchises (Hertz, Enterprise, Dollar, etc.).
—At Palmira 8 HOUSE, we are proud to be partnered with César Santiago Restaurants, which include four incredible premium restaurants located just minutes from our property. As our guest, you will enjoy privileged access to Desecheo (Puerto Rican cuisine), Mona (specialized in brunch), Cinco (international cuisine), and Peña Blanca (delicious Puerto Rican seafood).

Our house is situated in a highly central location in Aguadilla, within a 5 to 10-minute drive from various attractions including Crash Boat Beach, Rompeolas Beach, Rafael Hernandez Airport, Downtown Aguadilla, Punta Borinquen Golf Club, and several other tourist spots. Additionally, it is conveniently located just a short distance from pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and gas stations.
