Notes:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-The pool is NOT heated.
-The hot tub can be heated upon request for $75/day. This time of year, it takes about 2 to 3 hours to reach full temp. Once heated, it'll stay on until 10 PM (turning on at 1PM and shutting off at 10PM for quiet hours)
