Basic room just outside Montepulciano. The room has everything you need and has a basic but sufficient breakfast. Very quite.

Nice and helpful host, big room, nice spot with a superb view but a little cold and humid since it is in the basement. Smells humidity as well. Needed some ventilation.

Cecilla was a pleasure to work with. Her room in Montepulciano is just outside the city it was nice and quiet with a great view overlooking the valley. She was kind and accommodated our minor requests. She also gave us a great restaurant recommendation that we were happy we took. The room was spacious and comfortable. Since her room is in the country side we had to be careful of small bugs because they may want to come visit. The bathroom was unique, it was more like a shower room (due to the lack of a shower stall or bathtub) that has a toilet and sink all located together. Free gated parking was available right at the room.

Response from Cecilia:
Hello Kernessa! Many guests ask me to put the shower curtain for the bathroom. The space is small and you can not put a box. I am opposed to the tent because it always sticks to the skin and so it is unhygienic. I never go to places where I find the shower curtain. Maybe it's my paranoid, but I think it's better personal hygiene. The bathroom is one room with toilet and sink and shower as all bathrooms Italian. In Italy you'll never find the toilet separate from the shower and the sink, this is our custom. But we have the use of the bidet that guarantees excellent hygiene. It has been a pleasure to host you and recommend places of Tuscana. Hope to see you soon and thank you for your kindness. :)

Cecilia's place was great. Very close to the village of Montepulciano and within driving distance of several other Tuscan hill towns. The views were incredible.

Very nice Location and great host! The view was spectacular! the location is quiet but it would take 25 min to walk to town. We had a car so it was perfect! Everything was clean and working.

My wife and I stayed at Cecilia's for a few days while on our honeymoon. The room is like a mini apartment with it's own bathroom, mini fridge, bed, parking spot, and entrance. It was very clean and Ceclilia even surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon! She does not speak much English but we were still able to communicate pretty well. Cecilia recommended us two amazing restaurants in the area, and having breakfast on our private patio each morning was wonderful. If you are looking for a quiet place with amazing views, I would highly recommend this!

Cecilia was generous enough to pick me up from the train station, which I learned is not really in Montepulciano. After that she brought me to her place and provided me with everything I needed. The place is good sized and very clean. No complaints at all. The shower situation is a little different because there is no curtain or tub, so the bathroom kind of gets a little wet, but that didn't bother me. The view right as you walk outside is amazing. I stood there each morning for a few minutes and at night. I don't think I've seen as many stars as I did there. The fresh air and surroundings made it an amazing place to stay. It's a little outside the city and I didn't have a car so I walked in each day. It doesn't get too steep until you get to the city. Manageable, but just be aware. I enjoyed the walk, but it is on the road, no sidewalks until you get close. Overall I would recommend staying here for sure, especially with a car. If I come back, I'd look Cecilia up again.

Abito a Montepulciano, mi piace curare il giardino e stare all'aria pulita della campagna. Ho una gatta meravigliosa e ogni tanto vado al mare
