Ryan and Malinda were great. Very welcoming. The room is as described and more. Private bath, living room area and bed room. Use of laundry and kitchen if needed. Would definitely stay there again!
Melinda and Ryan, have a lovely home in a nice neighborhood. The location was very convenient. We were in Minneapolis for the National Sr. Games, therefore, we drove to U of M & to the Convention Center for 4 days. And we toured the surrounding areas of Minneapolis. The house was in a perfect area for all our activities. Our quarters were very nice just like the photos on the website. We were very comfortable. Ryan is very conscientious; he speedily answered all my questions that I had emailed him before we arrived. He and Melinda were so very helpful. We enjoyed meeting their darling daughter. Even their dog was so cute and friendly. We had a great stay.
Thank you Ryan and Melinda
We had a good experience @ this B&B, with very friendly people, willing to please. The basement suite was quiet & comfortable, with a good location to freeway. Thanks Again
Still my favorite place to stay in Minneapolis. I took a job in downtown Mpls and tried some places there but came back here! It's 8 miles from downtown, so commute is pretty good. And Ryan's is easy and comfortable.
We had a wonderful time in Minnesota at your home!! The accommodations were perfect for Bill and I and our 2 Rottweilers (Yago and Tomah). Our dogs had so much fun playing with your dog, Misu!!Thank you so much for providing your home to us. It would be a pleasure to stay with you during our next visit.
Ryan's Airbnb offering was terrific. Very comfortable bed and bedroom and full use of an adjoining private well equipped living room. Definitely a great find.
Gracious people and such a beautiful family. A fantastic experience overall. Thank you!!
About the Host, Ryan
No surprises here, I'm a fairly reserved, introspective guy, but I speak up when needed. I'm a die-hard DIY-er about many things, from home improvement, car repair, bike-building, etc.
I'm married to Melinda, my wife of 15 years, and we have a 7-y/o daughter together.
I tend to take a deep dive into relatively few hobbies and interests. I'm an avid cyclist; everything from building custom bikes, commuting to work, occasional races, and participating in the local cycling community here in Mpls. I'm also into photography. I recently made the jump from film to digital, and am already missing the darkroom. One of these days I'll take a deeper dive into writing.
I enjoy people who have a passion for something sincere & authentic, and can speak from experience & credibility.
