Welcome to our cozy home in Kadi, a quaint hill-top village known for its warm, friendly locals and a delightful taverna just 2 minutes away.
Just an 8-minute drive to the various climbing crags and 14 minutes to the beaches.
A 10-minute walk brings you to Konistres, a vibrant town full of cafes, bakeries, shops, and a bustling Sunday farmers market.
From the house, enjoy sweeping views of olive groves, charming villages, and the peaceful Manikia Valley.

The space
Our charming studio apartment is situated on the ground floor of a private two-story building, offering a peaceful retreat with stunning views. Located on a 400sqm plot, the property features a beautiful garden with seasonal fruits and herbs that guests can pick and enjoy.
Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. Step out onto the terrace to savor your morning coffee or unwind with a sunset drink while soaking in the panoramic scenery. The apartment offers modern comforts with heating, air conditioning, and reliable WiFi, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.
Guests also have access to the serene garden. For leisure, we provide a selection of games and a climbing guidebook to enhance your stay.
Whether you’re here to relax, explore, climb, or enjoy the beauty of Kadi, this apartment serves as a cozy and convenient home base.

Please feel free to use the space available! If we have guests staying upstairs, we ask that the upper part of the garden remains available to them.
Please use the gate on the apartment's landing level to access your home. You will notice a set of stairs to the left of the front door. The stairs lead to the upstairs apartment. Guests staying upstairs have a separate entrance to leave the lower area for you.
If you notice any ripe fruits on the trees, please pick a few and enjoy!
Other things to note
If you have a child, we do have an option for a small pull-out couch for a third to sleep on. It will make the space a bit tight, but the option is there. Please let us know if that is something that you may need and we may be able to accommodate.
