Location, location, location! This Gated Luxurious 2 BR / 2 Bath Condo that sleeps up to 9 at the gates of LSU is only 800 yards from Tiger Stadium. The Condo is located inside the gated Victory Commons Condos at 3390 Nicholson and it comes with 2 parking spots, Wi-Fi, TVs, Blu Ray player, cable, full kitchen, pots/pans, blender, coffee maker, etc. Located minutes from downtown and walking distance to LSU, there are plenty of restaurants nearby including Walk-ons Sports Bar.

Condo is 1650 sqft living, located on the 1st floor, 2 BR with 2 full bath and very large living room. Master has 1 queen and living has pullout queen. 2nd BR has full over full bunk bed with a pull out single trundle.
