Our condo is located in a nice, family friendly complex. It is DIRECTLY ACROSS from the Downtown Disney/Disneyland Parking Lots. Its at the end of Magic Way, a short walk that leads you to the Disneyland tram station or Downtown Disney where you can board the famed Monorail into Disneyland if you have your Disney Passports in hand; the perfect location for getting out and back to the 'Park' with minimum hassle.
You would be hard pressed to find a better Location!
This Year (2013) we completed a full renovation of our 2 BR/1.5 Bath Townhome. The pictures will show you all the renovations (new floors, new paints, new quartz kitchen counters (Blue) all new appliances, new tubs, new doors, new toilets, new furniture, and even new cabinets throughout). EVERYTHING is NEW! We have really worked hard to make this place gorgeous and also offer an incredible value.
Our complex has 3 pools, including a kids pool! There is also jacuzzi, and a playground for the little ones. We have large Disney Beach Towels!
The kitchen, which is fully stocked with Dishes, Cookware, Utensils, cooking supplies, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, and even a full spice rack. Parents will appreciate the kid friendly dishes/utensils.
The living Room has a custom Blue sofa that also turns into a Queen Sized Bed. Relax and Enjoy the 50 inch Plasma TV with 200 channels and a wireless DVD player.
There is a dining table can fit 6 Adults. We also have two barstools near the kitchen counter and a blue highchair. Kids will love the Disney Placemats!
Want to enjoy dinner outside, or bbq? Outside We have a Brand New Patio Set that seats 6 Adults. We also have a bbq for your enjoyment.
There is a half bath downstairs which has a toilet and a sink.
This also leads to a large room which houses the brand new washer/dryer (detergent/dryer sheets provided). This same area stores the new double stroller, high chair, and other items you may need during your stay.
We have one bedroom that is outfitted with a bunk bed that has a twin bed on top and a full bed on bottom. It also has a twin trundle on bottom. Plenty of space for the kids. The closet also has a bookshelf full of books and games.
The Master Bedroom has Beautiful High ceilings. The bedroom is furnished with a California King Bed and a comfortable plush mattress. There is also a Large FlatScreen TV with Cable and a DVD player upstairs. There is a walk in closet in the Master which has an iron/ironing board, and also stores the Pack N Play.
The Upstairs Bathroom has beautiful New Mosaic Tile on the floor, a New Kohler Tub, and a new vanity/mirror. We decorated it with fun Mickey Decorations Throughout!
Since we are the owners, there are NO management FEES. We are thankful that you are interested in our unit, and are confident that you will enjoy your stay.

With a complete city walk of shops and restaurants across the street at Downtown Disney, it will be hard to run out of things to do.

Other Things to Note
** IMPORTANT NOTICE **
On July 1st the City of Anaheim is starting an occupancy tax of 15% for all short term/vacation rentals. This means that if your stay is happening after July 1st, 2015 we will need to add an additional 15% tax to the bill. This fee will not show up if you book directly online. We will send you a quote with the updated amount before processing payment. Thanks for your understanding.
Please note that we will be sending a rental agreement after acceptance of the reservation that needs to be signed before checking in.
