This peaceful and centrally-located space is located in downtown Alton, IL, just steps away from the historical Lincoln-Douglas Debate Statues! We are located very close to The Great River Road.

Relax after a long day in our spacious living room, or plush queen-sized beds. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, casino, and the amphitheater!

Each bedroom, and living room, has a large air purifier to make our guests' even more comfortable.

There is plenty of free street parking!

The space
The property is the right side of a duplex. We have a long-term tenant on the left side, and we rent out the right side for short term rentals. It is a modern, beautiful building with newer construction.
