Live by the Golden Rule, be respectful to each other and our guests. We tend to get quieter after 10 pm and before 7 am. Always clean up after ourselves in the public areas. If you have any questions or special needs, just let us know.
We had a wonderfully, relaxing experience. Greg and Suzha were especially attentive and accommodating hosts, and even made sure we had snacks and breakfast the day we arrived. The house was more than comfortable for four adults and one child. The location was terrific as a home base for our many adventures in and around Sedona. We will definitely check in with Greg and Suzha for our next visit!
This is a terrific spot for anyone looking for a "base camp" in Sedona. Gregory and Suzha are delightful hosts - they took the time to explain everything in the house, and even took us on a little walk to Oak Creek. They left us a park pass and wholesome snacks and made it known that they were fully available 24/7, but fortunately we didn't need to bother them after the initial meet-n-greet. They were very responsive prior to the trip as well. Very nice people, very comfortable house.
We are very delightful with our accommodation in Sedona. The house was exactly as described, the hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about area. They even gave us a little local tour around the area. All in one this is a great place to stay while visiting this very nice area. We highly recommend this place and no doubt will stay here again if visit Sedona in the future.
This was a comfortable home at a reasonable price, and the hosts are great. The property is a bit older, but quite functional. It was great for my stay. The only thing to be aware of is that there is virtually no wireless cell phone coverage with any of the main carriers (we had both AT&T and Verizon cell phones, and couldn't make any calls with either). So if constant cell phone coverage isn't important than this is a solid choice.
Greg was a fantastic (we didn't meet Suzha) host! Our travel was delayed a bit thanks to car troubles, so we got in late, but he texted us throughout the day to check on us and things. We were only there for two quick days, but I wish it had been longer. The neighborhood is super quiet and the house is amazingly comfortable (we needed 4 beds for 5 peoples and all slept happily). The house has a great layout and is super clean. We didn't use the kitchen with our short stay, but we definitely took advantage of the washing machine and laundry line as this was post-backpacking the Grand Canyon. You can see Cathedral Rock from the living/dining area with its expansive windows and it's absolutely gorgeous in the morning. You need a car to get around the Sedona hikes and experiences anyway and this house was the perfect distance to maintain a quiet atmosphere while still be a 10 minute drive from fun.
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We had a family of five, so we rented the whole place (there are also separate listings for renting the two floors individually). It has a cozy lived-in feel, more personable that a hotel. Greg was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the downstairs beds were a little uncomfortable. But I'd be happy to stay here again next time I'm in Sedona. Thanks Greg and Suzha!
We visited Sedona as a group of 5 people; it was the first time there for 2 of us, so we were in and out all day. The house we stayed in had a great view from the living room and balcony. I wish we could have stayed inside more, talking to Suzha and Gregory. This was the second time for me to stay at Gregory and Suzuha's property; I felt like I was coming back to my own country meeting my parents! I will study English more so I can have more conversation with you guys next time. Gregory and Suzha are great hosts; they remind you of your distant parents. I love you guys!
