FUN FACT - The Old Aeroworks building was built in the 1920s for a aircraft parts factory.

The flat itself is on a quiet street set back from the bustling Edgware Road.
Is it so easy to get around. Edgware Road is on the Bakerloo, Circle, District, Hammersmith & City lines.
Warwick Avenue on the Bakerloo line is also within walking distance.
Buses frequent Edgware Road every few minutes too.

I have left a document in the flat with absolutely everything you could possibly ask.

I stayed 11 days in billy flat i rally seen good guy he never bother me during my stay in his flat also provided every thing in his flat that make my stayed more comfortable .think you billy for hospitality
Billy was a great host - super helpful and responsive both before we arrived and throughout our entire stay. The flat is really comfortable (especially the bed) and bright. It is also located in a really convenient area with many accessible tube lines and buses. It can be a little noisy - the hallway echoes a bit and you can hear the Edgware Road traffic around rush hours, but none of it was at inconvenient times when you would be trying to sleep. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The place is excellent - a cosy and spacious apartment that is evidently well looked after.
Location wise it's perfect. You'll notice this very quickly even if you've never been to or lived in London before.
