On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, connected to the kitchen with a large table (12 seats). The kitchen has a tiled stove with an oven, an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave oven with a grill, a fridge with a freezer, an espresso machine (15 bar), a toaster, a dishwasher.

The space
The house is after reconstruction of the old stone house. The stone walls are 75 cm thick. In the annex, the walls are 45 cm thick. Both parts are joined by thermal insulation that ensures thermal comfort in summer and winter. In the case of good weather in the summer it is possible to sit in the garden with roasting on open fire or barbecue.

The picturesque village of Jasenie is located at the foot of the Low Tatras.
Behind Jasenie there are two valleys: Kyslá dolina and Lomnistá dolina. Through both valleys you can enjoy a pleasant hike to the ridge of the Low Tatras. Walks around the meadows and forests are also pleasant.

In winter, the Chopok-Juh Ski Area which is south part of Slovak largest ski resort Jasna can be reached by car in 25 minutes

or Ski Mýto pod Ďumbierom, also in 20 minutes by car.

The conditions for cross-country skiing are also excellent, start in walking distance from the house, right after the meadows around the village or alpine tour to the ridge of the Low Tatras.

In the summer you are in 15 minutes by the lake at Krpacovo or in 20 minutes by golf at Tale.
If you're a fan of rafting than you should not miss a day trip on river Hron. The start is in nearby village Nemecka (You can check on TripAdvisor)

For those of you loving caves there are 2 extraordinary caves in the area. You can visit the Bystrianska Cave or the Cave of the Dead Bats, which you can combine with the visit of the mountain cottage "Chata Milana Rastislava Štefánika pod Ďumbierom" in 7 minutes from the cave or in case of bad weather. The cottage is very cozy, with home made herbal tea from local herbs collected every year. Even the ascent to the highest peak of the Low Tatras - Dumbier 2043m is a wonderful experience. From the top of the mountain you can enjoy lovely view on High Tatras.
