Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
12x24 tiny house designed and (inside) built by me.. Dive into the history of this unique and memorable place. Always in my family this property has special touches with strong heritage. The house sits atop the old foundation of the house my grandfather built and my father was raised in. Fossils, artifacts, flora, and fauna abundant. Listen to the river and the passing trains from the outside. For able bodied folks. Not suitable for multiple large dogs.

The space
It’s essentially a studio. But there’s everything you need and more for your stay.. walkway down to the cabin isn’t for the feeble. It’s a tiny house made for folks who are willing to stay a little off the beaten trail and are sure footed. There’s also an outdoor shower but be careful. It gets hot. The trick is less pressure more heat the more pressure the cooler. There is a tankless heater for the water so the temp can fluctuate so just be careful and alert me if it needs adjusting

Guest access
The tiny house, foundation area behind, and all surrounding fields are yours to roam. Just respect the personal space of the other rental property and its occupants. And be aware the steps down to the cabin are steep and you should be careful but there’s plenty of lighting to see your way. Park along the railroad ties parallel to them. It’s labeled tiny house parking. If you have more than one car please park the second one in the parking area that’s flat between the two houses

Other things to note
The trains at night can be a little frequent and annoying. There’s a crossing just below so they do blow their horns when they go by and it can be startling at first
