Guests will have private access to the entire property with reliable high-speed internet throughout. Flat-screen TVs are equipped with streaming services.

Parking is available next to the house, ensuring no issues with finding a spot.

Keyless entry via a keypad at the front door, with the code provided 48 hours before arrival and changed after each guest.

We offer a complimentary starter pack with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. Please bring additional items for your stay.

The house is accessible via GPS, which may route you down some dirt roads. Use caution during heavy rain.

For your security, a Ring Flood Light camera is located at the front of the house facing the parking area and entrance. There are no cameras inside the property.

☆ No parties allowed; evidence of a party will result in immediate reservation cancellation

We love hosting dogs (sorry, no cats)! We welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs each) with an added pet fee of $100. If you’re bringing your furry friends, please message us!

A few notes:
- Clean up after your pet in the house and yard.
- We provide a small dog bed, but please bring your own blanket if preferred.
- Dogs are not allowed on furniture, beds, couches, blankets, or sheets. An additional cleaning fee will apply if dog hair is found on these items at checkout.
- Bringing more than two dogs will result in additional fees.

Please be aware there may be cacti in the yard. Keep an eye on your dog to prevent any injuries.
