Our studio sleeps three (possibly two adults and two kids). It has two sofas convertible into double beds, one fully equipped kitchen, one washing machine and dishwasher, bathroom and bathtub. Our ISP has the fastest & most open wifi and cable internet access in the Chamonix valley. There is a TV & DVD player and a free parking slot. The apartment has modern, alpine-inspired interiors.
The apartment is conveniently loctated in the first floor and boasts a private garden. There is a great view on the Mont-Blanc and the Mont Blanc range from the garden and the living area.
The apartment is located just two minutes away from the bus stop and train station, and 10 minutes walk from Chamonix downtown. Bars, restaurants and shops are 5 minutes away and in the meantime the place is incredibly quiet!
Our place is ideal for couples or families with one (or two) kids. You will love the place and its surroundings, regardless of whether you come for skiing, hiking, mountaineering, or just to relax and enjoy the Mont-Blanc view!

Benoit facilitated a great ski weekend ! His place is well located, 5 minutes walk to the center of Chamonix, with a great mountain view. The place is clean, well equipped and well suited for a couple. The key pick-up and drop off was easy. Checkin and checkout times were flexible. Thanks Benoit
We had a wonderful stay and the communication was great. We did use a rental car and parking was readily available and location great. The view was amazing and we really enjoyed the nature around us. Benoit was very easy to deal with and easy to communicate with. Loved it all.
Nous avons passons un très bon séjour à Chamonix. L'appartement est très propre est bien agencé, idéal pour un couple ou une famille avec de jeunes enfants.
Le coeur de ville est accessible en 5-10min à pieds, pour ceux qui ont une voiture il y a un parking réservé à la résidence.
Nous y reviendrons certainement!
As the post name indicates, this place is/was indeed great for my family! With my two kids, we found it to be just the right size to feel holidayishly cozy and practically functional at the same time. Having a constant view from our window of the Les Bossons Glacier was quite an inspiration to remember why we were in Chamonix in the first place: to get acquainted with the Eternal Snows...so it seemed only natural to go out from the front porch and climb up to the Darde waterfalls, Cerro hut and eventually the Plan Des Pyramids to actually go and touch it as an extension of our temporary "home". The location is quite ideal in that it is a bit removed (walkable half mile) from the downtown effervescence. Fully equipped and easy to use kitchen made it easy to stay on holiday budget. Easy to keep clean, made easier by us by putting away the more wintery furniture and frills (rugs, pillows, blankets) in a very handy closet in the entrance corridor. Always found space in the parking lot as well as polite and quiet neighbours. Plus there is a very handy house book of instructions and suggestions to take care of problems and with lots of leisure suggestions. Never met Benoit the owner, but was wonderfully assisted by people helping him to airbnb. Will definitely reconsider a revisit (ideally mom will come too this time!) Thank-you for a lovely stay.
L'appartement est très fidèle à sa description et aux photos. Il est au calme, en retrait de la route, et avec une superbe vue sur le glacier et l'aiguille du midi. Le centre de Chamonix est vraiment à 10 min à pieds. Idéal 2 voire 3 personne, il n'est pas si petit et on circule bien. L'appartement est également bien équipé, en divers ustensiles et rangements.
A noter que le jardinet n'est pas totalement privatif et qu'il peut arriver que quelques randonneurs passent devant la fenêtre en été; le fond du jardinet étant un chemin qui dessert les appartements.
Nous avons passé un excellent WE sur Chamonix.
