Located in tranquil serene family friendly neighborhood with beautiful parks nearby, beautiful park across street and Hempstead State Park 5 mins drive! Guests will feel right at home away from home!

The space
Stunning, fully renovated complete private upper/2nd floor apartment in private house. Space has 3 full spacious bedrooms / 2 bathrooms + spacious large bonus room which includes a full bed, work space desk + sofa bed. Guests would enjoy a beautiful landscaped/tranquil back yard which has a in-ground pool (outdoor spaces are shared areas). Close to all, beaches - train stations - parks - UBS/Belmont Arenas - restaurants/shopping and much more! Backyard deck is dedicated to your space as well! Guests would enjoy fully stocked kitchen as well. Neighborhood is a safe, quiet, peaceful area with lush greenery everywhere! Beautiful park across street for you to enjoy with children, go for walks, and let’s not forget about our 4 legged family members! TRULY A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Guest access
Guests would have a private front entrance to use, and all indoor spaces are fully private for you. Only outdoor spaces are shared/public. My family members and/or other guests would be occupying a lower-level apartment but would not have any accessibility in your space.

Other things to note
Please be aware of posted quiet times (10 pm-7 pm). Adult supervision is always required for children when using any outdoor spaces (deck, pool, backyard). No lifeguards are ever available. Pool areas are enclosed with a fence with a gate and lock (lock access would be provided to confirmed guests). Only one vehicle parking space is allocated in the driveway, but plenty of street parking is available.
