My home is yours to share so please come and enjoy it while you are in New York City.
This is a very clean and sunny apartment on the 32nd floor. It is in the heart of midtown-west and I would love to share it with you. But PLEASE NO SMOKING in my apartment. You can smoke on the roof with a city view or down in the street outside the building.
It is 3 blocks from central park, a 5-10 minute walk to the theaters, Lincoln Center,Times Square . 1-3 blocks away from the subways (N,R,Q-yellow line, & A,C-blue line,B,D-orange line & #1-red line trains).
I live there full time but I am at work 9 hours a day so the apartment is empty most of the day. We share the the living room, kitchen & bathroom .
You have your own private bedroom with a queen size memory foam mattress with remote, a 37" cable HDTV, with Net Flicks.
Your room also has a laptop with WIFI. There is an empty closet & empty draw space so you don't have to live out of your suitcase.
There is a laundry room in the basement and I will supply the laundry card for your use. However if you need dry cleaning there is drop off services in the lobby at the front desk.
I will supply you with towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave. Also maps of the city & subways and umbrellas.
I will keep coffee, tea, milk, hot and cold cereal, bread, cream cheese ,butter, jams and jelly in the kitchen to help yourself too.
So come and enjoy your New York City stay.
No Smoking in my apartment. You can use the roof. Please No suit cases, bags or lap tops on the bed. The room is supplied with 2 luggage racks and a bench for those items. All I ask is that you respect my home and furniture. Remember this is my home and not a big hotel chain that can afford to replace items that their guest (website hidden) parties or loud music. I would not want my neighbors to complain. Sorry, but this apartment complex does not allow pets.
The Apartment was in a fabulous location for exploring many attractions and excellent restaurants & theatres were in walking distance. Anne's apartment was very comfortable , great bed ,warm cosy and spotlessly clean . Thanks Anne for welcoming me into your home .
Anne is a friendly and very accommodating host. She goes out of her way to make a guest feel comfortable. The apartment is extremely clean and well organized, exactly like in the photos. Anne provides all you would need in your room, in the bathroom and for breakfast. She is sociable if you want that but also lets a guest have his/her privacy. She is knowledgeable about the city and gives advice on where to eat in the neighborhood and also about subway lines to take. You couldn't find a better area to stay in, close to the theaters and the park and near busy restaurant and nightlife if that is what you are looking for. I would certainly stay with her again when I return to Manhattan.
The apartment is in a great midtown location, halfway between Times Square and Lincoln Center. Both the living room and bedroom are spacious. The view, all the way to the Hudson River and beyond, is fabulous. Anne is an attentive host, and made sure my connection getting into the apartment went without a hitch. Before I headed to JFK she also checked for any scheduled repairs to the E line so that I'd make my plane in time. We enjoyed watching television together in the evenings, after I got home from the theater. Thanks, Anne, for sharing your apartment with me for a few days!
Anne's hospitality radiated, from the day I arrived until the day I departed.
Her apartment is stunning; I felt my room and bed were much better than that of an upscale hotel. It was conveniently located to everything.
Anne also was very sympathetic when I came down with a cold on the secon day of my visit. She eagerly showed me what over-the-counter medicines she had available, if I should wish to use.
My brief stay with Anne was, indeed, a very pleasant one.
Anne was very accommodating and helpful in every way. She's very organized, and her place is very clean and comfortable. There's plenty of space in the living room, and the bedroom. There's also plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. Her location is perfectly located in Midtown Manhattan at 56th and Broadway. I will definitely stay w/ Anne every time I visit NYC.
I had a great stay here. Anne was very kind and helpful even lending me her boots to go out in the NY snow! So kind and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable and the apartment just as lovely as described in the photos here. A perfect location for a visit in the city everything is easy to get to from this location. Thanks Anne for a great stay.
We had the most wonderful time staying with Anne & can't recommend her highly enough. Her apartment is beautifully decorated, warm and clean. The bedroom is likewise and the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Breakfast and coffee kickstarted our daily adventures. We were lucky enough to spend 8 days with Anne and we really feel that staying with her is like staying with family. If money was no issue, we'd be back in a heartbeat. Thanks Anne!
