Response from Peter:

Hi Colleen nice meeting you too. The airbed is not for everyone - another time you might prefer the other room.

Response from Peter:

Thanks Anastasia. It is the little-used dining room - the lounge is the next room. Sorry the airbed wasn't for you. I wonder if it needed more air (the pump is left there just in case). By the way there are currently two long term lady lodgers and occasional other Airbnb people (but not while you were there) plus my cleaner the morning you were there.

Response from Peter:

Thanks Barbara. Enjoyed meeting you both. Just to clarify it is an airbed not a water bed. It now has a topper quilt as you found it a little cold. Parking is as you say so most people prefer to park on the road, which is plentiful just outside the front door - in the past I have only encouraged use of the drive/car port (behind garage door) if guests have valuables (eg excess luggage) they want to leave in the car overnight. The downstairs bathroom is off the utility room - the upstairs layout is more conventional.

Response from Peter:

Thanks Diana. The field is known around here as the Town Moor - really unusual feature between the city centre and Gosforth with skylarks and cows, and well-lit footpaths (see notes on "Getting Around" on my listings).

Thank you also for the private feedback - I can't sell meals as things stand but "whilst I don't provide breakfast please help yourself to tea and coffee, toast, cereal, etc in the kitchen/breakfast room if you like". No need for anyone to be hungry!
