About This Listing
My apartment is in fact a renovated flat situated in an old, but renovated buliding in the old town of Pula.
It has one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, lobby, kitchen and spacious living / dining room. All together it is 43 square meters. Please, note that washing machine with dryer is in a small warehouse at the staircase - it is locked and available upon request and for fee.
Appartment is completely renovated 3 years ago; some of the original stone and clay bricks are visible.
I would say that the main reason why to choose my apartment is its charming mix of retro and modern style and central location nearby main Pula city attractions. Famous Arena amphitheatre is only 5 minutes walking distance.
In the building there are 5 more flats, but they are not rentable; their owners live in it and it is an opportunity to feel the everyday living in Pula. Despite its central location the apartment is rather tranquil, thanks to its thick walls and good quality windows.
Just across the street there is a fruits and vegetables stand, bakery shop and grocery shop - they are all open every day.
Nearby there is a local bus station from where you can easily travel to some of Pula beaches.
Railway station is 20 minutes walking distance and bus station is 10 minutes walking distances.
At the end, in case of any emergency you can always contact me and I will be there in a second:my flat - where I live with my family - is only 15 minutes walking distance!!!
You are kindly asked to inform me (by e-mail, phone call or SMS) about approximate time of your arrival - we can meet in the aparment or somewhere nearby (harbour, bus station, railway station...).
It is possible to enter the apartment after 02.00p.m. on the day of your arrival; stay in the apartment is possible till noon on the day of departure (these hours are negotiable, depending on booking situation)
Once arrived in the apartment you will be at your own; although I live nearby and I will come to the apartment in case of any need.
We stayed in the apartment of Loreta during Pentecost and really had a lovely time in Pula. The apartment was exactly as it was shown on the pictures. It's located in the city center on a two minute walk from the arena (which is absolutely beautiful). Unfortunately Loreta wasn't in Pula that weekend, but she was constantly willing to answer our questions.
We loved Croatia and are planning to go back!
Thank you Loreta!
What a beautiful apartment! Spacious and beautifully decorated. Through no fault of Loreta's, we were unable to meet her but she made sure that someone was able to meet us at the apartment and she was easy to communicate with via text. The apartment has a great location that is just a 5-minute walk to the Roman amphitheater and just a 10-minute walk to the center. It's perfect if you're spending a few days in Pula. Also, if you plan on exploring Istria's inland towns, this is a great home base! The apartment really feels like home (full kitchen, a/c, spacious bathroom) and lots of cute towns are less than 40 minutes away. Parking is readily available on the street in front of the building.
Loreta est venue nous chercher au terminus de bus. Elle nous a donné les informations sur la vie de touriste à Pula. L'appartement était tel que décrit et très propre.
Really nice apartment and right next to the amphitheatre. Lore ta was an excellent host with great communication and orientation to Pula. Basics for cooking (oil salt and pepper) in the apartment, thank you!
Very comfortable bed and great bathroom and very fast wifi. Thanks Loreta, and good luck with all your Airbnb guests.
Loreta's apartment is in a wonderful location in (website hidden)'s a very short walk to the arena and old area of town. The apartment was spacious and clean. Thanks also to Loreta for supplying maps and info about Pula.
Loreta was a wonderful host! We took the shuttle bus from the airport to the city and she picked us up at the bus stop. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, well furnished and perfectly located (near the amfitheatre). Loreta gave us some helpful information like maps, places to eat, supermarket, ... We had a really good time here :-)
Loreta was able to accommodate our early arrival (due to some bad weather), which was really great of her! The place was pleasant and had everything we needed. She gave us some recommendations as well for sights and food, which were much appreciated.

About the Host, Loreta
After some thinking I would say that my family - my children, first of all - and my friends are that what is defining who I am. I am proud mother of two little girls and happily married to their father. I am as well daughter, sister, aunt..... I am proud to have friends which I can rely on and I am especially proud that some of them are my friends since my early youth.
I love to travel; although traveling with two small child can be complicated. Therefore my passion for travelling is "on hold" for some time; hopefully I will make it up in the following years.
