The entrance to the house is on the right side of the house. Open the wooden gate off the driveway and continue the walkway to the front door.

🌿 Enjoy a peaceful side patio overlooking a conservation area nestled between the homes — perfect for morning coffee or a quiet sunset.

🛺 A golf cart may be available for your stay (based on availability) — a liability waiver must be signed prior to use.

🏠 This 1-bedroom home is off the main house and is fully equipped with everything you need:

🍽️ A stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, and utensils
☕ Coffee, tea, spices, and seasonings for your convenience
🧼 Cleaning and laundry supplies located under the kitchen sink

🎨 Thoughtfully decorated with coastal touches — it’s a comfortable, stylish space that feels like home

📷 Exterior security cameras are located at the front, back, and sides of the home for your safety. No interior cameras.

📧 Only the owners of the house may stay in the main house during your stay. We will let you know if that is the case. Message us if you have any questions!

Late Departure fees will apply if not out on time:
$50 for the 1st 15 minutes and $100 for every 30 minutes thereafter.
Any extra cleaning will be charged for any additional cleaning at an extra $200 per stay.
Please note this is to ensure our cleaning crew and contractors can do their job at a timely manner and other guests can also enjoy the home at the time they have reserved. Thank you
