Kindly be informed that we do manage more than 10 units of the same design and room layout. You will be assigned randomly and you will get at least 90% or above same as per listed photos. Rest assured, all of our units are with fantastic!

Plush camel-colored furnishings and soft textures invite you to sink in and relax. Whether you're lounging on the sofa or enjoying a restful night's sleep in the comfortable bed, you'll feel right at home.

CASUAL INDOOR PARKING RATE EFFECTIVE 17.07.2025:
- 1st 3hours or Part Thereof (RM2.00)
- Every Subsequent 3 Hour or Part Thereof (RM2.00)
- Maximum (per day) (RM6.00)
- Lost Ticket/Card (per day) (RM20.00)
- Clamping Fee (RM100.00)
PAYMENT METHOD FOR PARKING:
- TnGo, Debit and Credit Card only
Please note that:-
1) The unit is strictly a non-smoking unit.
2) The Check-in time is 3 pm
3) The check out time is 11am
4) Early check in (before 3pm) or Late check out (after 11am) will be charged at Rm50 per hour.
5) Rooms which were handed over late due to unforeseen circumstances , will be compensated via the same amount of time as late check out, instead of in the form of monetary.
6) No party is allowed
7) No Over-pax
8) No food leftover and uncleaned dishes after check out. Additional cleaning will be charged if there is
9) No smoking in the unit. RM500 additional cleaning fee will be imposed if found.
10) Quiet hour is 7 pm onwards
11) All guests have to present a photo identification upon check-in
12) Prior arrangement and/or approval for Photo and Video Shooting is needed
13) For monthly stay, we only cover the electricity usage up to RM150.00 per month. A utility deposit of RM500.00 is required. The deposit will be refunded after the electricity bill is issued by TNB and no outstanding.
14) No deposit for short-term stay.
Extra keycard policy:
1) Extra key requests are subject to availability.
2) Request time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM only
3) RM100 refundable security deposit is required
4) Deposit will be refunded upon key return
Other things to note
Non-Smoking and Non-Cooking Policy:
To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, our property strictly enforces a non-smoking and non-cooking policy. Smoking and cooking are not permitted in any part of the premises, including rooms, Living room, Bathroom, and common areas.
Any evidence of smoking, including ashes or lingering smoke smell during the stay, will result in a minimum penalty of RM500.00. This penalty is not limited to damages and may be applied for any harm caused to furniture or other items within the unit.
Important Note:
Cooking activities, including excessive smoke or heat, can trigger the fire sprinkler system. In the event that the fire sprinkler is activated due to cooking in the room, a recovery fee of RM60,000.00 will be charged. This fee covers the costs associated with system resetting, repairs, and any potential water damage.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests. Thank you for your understanding and compliance with our non-smoking and non-cooking policies.
Lost or Damage Card Policy:
To ensure the security of our premises, guests are advised to take utmost care of their lift and parking access cards. In the unfortunate event of a lost card, a replacement fee of RM200 will be applicable for each lost card. This fee covers the cost of issuing a new card and ensuring the continued safety and security of our guests.
