This cozy one bedroom inlaw apartment with sunny backyard is in beautiful Noe Valley, one block from 24th and Castro.
Come stay in this lovely 1 bedroom apartment in beautiful Noe Valley. This first floor "in-law" apartment in an Edwardian duplex features hardwood floors though out, a full sized kitchen, a home office in the front, and a sunny backyard-patio, which is shared with the upstairs neighbors. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and plush down comforter. In the spacious living room you can relax on a large orange sectional and enjoy a 47inch flatscreen tv. The front "sitting room" now has a big wood desk in place of the brown chair and functions as an office!
The apartment is located across the street from the Noe Valley public library. It is one block from the great shops and delicious restaurants of 24th street and close to the nightlife and attractions of the Castro and the Mission.
If you're looking to explore the city, Noe Valley's central location provides easy access to just about any part of town. Walk down the street and hop on the J-Church Street Trolley and you'll be shopping in Union Square, catching a baseball at AT&T Park, or watching sailboats race around the bay on the Embarcadero in no time. If you're driving, there's plenty of street parking and no 2 hour time limit so you can leave your car as long as you wish.
Please come soak up the Noe Valley sun in our backyard, browse the web on our wifi, have a glass wine on our couch, and enjoy San Francisco from your new home in our wonderful apartment.
Clean towels, wash clothes, sheets, and other amenities will be provided; just don't forget to bring a toothbrush!
This is private apartment with full kitchen, separate entrance, and separate access to the shared backyard.
Interaction with Guests
I will not be present on the property but am available to answer any questions about the apartment or provide recommendations in Noe Valley, San Francisco, or the Bay Area.
Noe Valley is my favorite part of San Francisco. Despite the explosion of development in the city, Noe Valley has maintain its neighborhood feel. Victorians and Edwardians line the streets of this family friendly, dog friendly neighborhood. Luckily, my apartment is just around the corner from 24th street and is a short walk from major transit lines to downtown.
This is one of the best locations in San Francisco. Its on a quiet street but you can walk to the J-Church Muni Line, 24th Street Bart Station, and 24, 35, and 48 bus lines.
Be nice and enjoy yourself!
No smoking on premises
Great apartment in a great location! Communication with the owner was pleasant and easy as well. Highly recommended for a single person or a couple who want to enjoy San Francisco!
Great easy clean place in Noe. Close to everything youd want. Had everything i needed and Tevy was very helpful. Id def stay here again.
Nice place in a wonderful neighborhood! Tevy was very helpful with my last minute reservation.
What a wonderful place to stay! Noe valley is cute, quaint, and quiet. I was in town for 2.5 weeks for work and it was an easy trip into downtown. The couch and bed are both quite comfy. It was a lovely amount of space to have and was close to a lot of great places: Whole Foods, La Boulange, Paxti's Pizza, and lots of other great restaurants, vintage shops, etc! Tevy is super helpful and was very quick to respond to any needs or questions I had. This place is absolutely lovely and you shouldn't think twice about booking it.
This apartment was my first airbnb stay, and Tevy was so patient with my many questions. The apartment was in such a fun neighborhood with great restaurants, bars, and sandwich and coffee shops right around the corner. It was also within walking distance to Dolores Park. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and had a cozy living room for hanging out after a long day sightseeing. Plenty of room for a couple. We unfortunately were there during a really cold weekend so we didn't spend much time in the backyard, but the space heater warmed the apartment up. I would definitely stay there again!
Tevy's apartment was the perfect location for me and my boyfriend. It's low-key, picturesque, neighborhoody, with cute shops and restaurants very close by. As others have mentioned, there is no sink in the bathroom which takes some getting used to. Also, it's in the basement and feels that way. But generally, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend!
Tevy was a wonderful host - he was very accommodating and was quick to answer any questions or concerns. We stayed here a month so have different perspective on what its like to stay here long term.
I think a better description of the apartment could be given. Yes the apartment is clearly listed as an "in-law," but it is really the basement of the house. This means very low ceilings (I am 6'2" and had to duck to enter the kitchen), which can be a bit claustrophobic at times. This also means its quite loud, and you can hear everything on the floor above you. Granted this is common in SF, but with the low ceilings this really reinforces the basement-feel of the apartment. Furthermore the layout is not really intended for a standalone 1-bedroom. You can only enter the bathroom through the bedroom, and it does not have a sink, meaning all your bathroom sink needs must be done in the kitchen. This is fine for a few days, but we stayed here a month, and it was certainly not an ideal set up.
That being said, the apartment is very comfortable. The furniture and amenities where great and the backyard is beautiful and a great size for the city. The location was also excellent.
Born and raised in San Francisco, I moved to New York for school but have since then come back to the city I enjoy most. In my free time I like to bike, practice yoga, and read The Week.
