Come stay in this lovely 1 bedroom apartment in beautiful Noe Valley. This first floor "in-law" apartment in an Edwardian duplex features hardwood floors though out, a full sized kitchen, a deep soaking tub, and a sunny backyard-patio, which is shared with the upstairs neighbors. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and plush down comforter. In the spacious living room you can relax on a large orange sectional and enjoy a 47inch flatscreen tv. The front "sitting room" now has a big wood desk in place of the brown chair and functions as an office!
The apartment is located across the street from the Noe Valley public library. It is one block from the great shops and delicious restaurants of 24th street and close to the nightlife and attractions of the Castro and the Mission.
If you're looking to explore the city, Noe Valley's central location provides easy access to just about any part of town. Walk down the street and hop on the J-Church Street Trolley and you'll be shopping in Union Square, catching a baseball at AT&T Park, or watching sailboats race around the bay on the Embarcadero in no time. If you're driving, there's plenty of street parking and no 2 hour time limit so you can leave your car as long as you wish.
Please come soak up the Noe Valley sun in my backyard, browse the web on my wifi, have a glass wine on my couch, and enjoy San Francisco from your new home in my wonderful apartment.
Clean towels, wash clothes, sheets, and other amenities will be provided; just don't forget to bring a toothbrush!

Great easy clean place in Noe. Close to everything youd want. Had everything i needed and Tevy was very helpful. Id def stay here again.
Nice place in a wonderful neighborhood! Tevy was very helpful with my last minute reservation.
What a wonderful place to stay! Noe valley is cute, quaint, and quiet. I was in town for 2.5 weeks for work and it was an easy trip into downtown. The couch and bed are both quite comfy. It was a lovely amount of space to have and was close to a lot of great places: Whole Foods, La Boulange, Paxti's Pizza, and lots of other great restaurants, vintage shops, etc! Tevy is super helpful and was very quick to respond to any needs or questions I had. This place is absolutely lovely and you shouldn't think twice about booking it.
This apartment was my first airbnb stay, and Tevy was so patient with my many questions. The apartment was in such a fun neighborhood with great restaurants, bars, and sandwich and coffee shops right around the corner. It was also within walking distance to Dolores Park. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and had a cozy living room for hanging out after a long day sightseeing. Plenty of room for a couple. We unfortunately were there during a really cold weekend so we didn't spend much time in the backyard, but the space heater warmed the apartment up. I would definitely stay there again!
Tevy's apartment was the perfect location for me and my boyfriend. It's low-key, picturesque, neighborhoody, with cute shops and restaurants very close by. As others have mentioned, there is no sink in the bathroom which takes some getting used to. Also, it's in the basement and feels that way. But generally, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend!
Tevy was a wonderful host - he was very accommodating and was quick to answer any questions or concerns. We stayed here a month so have different perspective on what its like to stay here long term.
I think a better description of the apartment could be given. Yes the apartment is clearly listed as an "in-law," but it is really the basement of the house. This means very low ceilings (I am 6'2" and had to duck to enter the kitchen), which can be a bit claustrophobic at times. This also means its quite loud, and you can hear everything on the floor above you. Granted this is common in SF, but with the low ceilings this really reinforces the basement-feel of the apartment. Furthermore the layout is not really intended for a standalone 1-bedroom. You can only enter the bathroom through the bedroom, and it does not have a sink, meaning all your bathroom sink needs must be done in the kitchen. This is fine for a few days, but we stayed here a month, and it was certainly not an ideal set up.
That being said, the apartment is very comfortable. The furniture and amenities where great and the backyard is beautiful and a great size for the city. The location was also excellent.
Tevy's apt was quaint and charming. Noe Valley is one of my favorite neighborhoods, especially with Philz coffee right around the corner and La Boulange down the street from his place! Met Tevy briefly, very welcoming and considerate host. Thanks Tevy for having us!
It was great staying with Tevy in SF! His place is nice and clean and appears just as the photos promise. Communication was great and he even let us drop off our backs a little earlier that expected. The place has a perfect location in Noe Valley - a really nice area with lots of nice cafes and shops and just minutes from Valencia Street and Castro Street, which are also nice areas! I'd definetely recommend staying at Tevy's if you're going to SF!
This place is absolutely a charm in in the city. What a beautiful neighbourhood. We absolutely loved going to the corner cafe for coffee, or out for breakfast down the street and walking into cool shops. Highly recommend staying at Tevy's place
Tevy was excellent and quick with communication from the beginning to the end. he even messages during our stay to confirm that everything was fine. He also left us som beer and soda in the fridge. We also accidentally ate his cheez-it's thinking one of us had bought them. Sorry Tevy! However we did leave some cheez-it money. :)
Tevy also allowed us to leave our bags with him before checkin since we had flown from Amsterdam and didn't want to drag them with us for our 2 day journey to LA. He did this for free because he had space at the time for no charge. Other places I have stayed have tried to charge for everything under the sun. That was not Tevy. He was generous and kind.
We stayed at his place for 8 nights. His place is exactly as shown in his photos. It was clean and comfy. The sheets on the bed feel amazingly soft. we used the kitchen a bit, but mostly dined outside. Tevy's place is one block away from the Starbucks on 24th street. 24th street is a cute place in Now Valley. A bus to the Castro, Divisidero, wtc is just on the corner. The muni trains and F line are just a few blocks down.
We would definitely stay there again.
