Beautiful and spacious 9th floor apartment with stunning views of Fernsehturm from the large balcony... sleeps up to 4 people. Just pop across the street and you are already on the Gendarmenmarkt.
The size of the apartment is 47m². It has a spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with tub and a large balcony. The comfortable sofa bed (1,40m x 2,00m) in the living area sleeps an additional two people.
The apartment is located in the pulsating heart of Berlin and close to Gänsemarkt. The following highlights are within walking environment:
Gänsemarkt, Friedrichstraße, Alexanderplatz TV tower, Checkpoint Charlie, Potsdamer Platz, Museum Island, street "Unter den Linden", Humboldt University, Pariser Platz and the Brandenburg Gate. Nearest subway station is "Town center" (400m).
A final cleaning, linen change, bed linen and towels are included.
An intermediate cleaning and / or a change of bed linen is also possible for a small fee. If interested, feel free to contact me!

The apartments are available on your arrival date from 3:30p.m. Rooms must be vacated on your day of departure by 10:30am. There is a fee for late arrivals: on or after 8:30 pm. a fee of 25€, and on or after 10 pm. a fee of € 40 will be charged. The final cleaning charge provides bedlinen and towels. The apartment is a strictly non smoking apartment. It is not allowed to celebrate partys.
Am Ankunftstag können die Apartments ab 15.30 Uhr bezogen werden. Am Abreisetag ist eine Nutzung bis spätestens 10:30 Uhr möglich.
Gebühr für Spätanreise ab 20:30 Uhr = 25€ für Nachtanreisen ab 22:00 Uhr= 40€
Die Endreinigungsgebühr beinhaltet Bettwäsche und Handtücher für die gebuchten Personen. Es gilt ein striktes Striktes Rauchverbot im Apartment. Es ist nicht erlaubt Partys in den Apartments zu veranstalten.

The apartment location was excellent. It is 10mins walk to (website hidden): Alexandra Platz, Weinbergsweg (which was amazing place to walk and shop).
Will definitely visit lovely Berlin again.
Nice apartment in a convenient location in Berlin. It is close to many tourist sites, to public transportation, and also has a couple grocery stores nearby. The apartment was clean when we checked in, with clean towels and sheets provided. The apartment was comfortable. The faucet on the kitchen sink was broken.
Problems at the check-in. Even if we agreed on a time to meet with the representative indicated by the owner, there was nobody at the apartment. He did not reply to calls / text messages.
Afterwards another person came to give us the keys. It worked out just fine.
This is generally a nice apartment in a convenient location in Berlin. It is close to many tourist sites, to public transportation, and also has a couple grocery stores nearby. The apartment was clean when we checked in, with clean towels and sheets provided. Overall the apartment was comfortable and nice, with lots of windows and a great little patio with a table and chairs. The main drawback was the kitchen. The faucet on the kitchen sink was broken, making it difficult to use. The refrigerator had a sheet of ice at the back and the freezer was mostly blocked off with ice. Also it would be good to know that the amenities are very basic. For example the bathroom had hand soap and some extra toilet paper and that was it. There were some supplies in the kitchen but it was also missing things like extra trash bag liners.
Also this is not a comment about the apartment itself, but the check in process did not go completely smoothly. I contacted a representative for this listing before leaving for my trip to make plans for check in. We agreed on a time to meet, but the representative was late to get there. This was especially frustrating because we had discussed that I would not have an easy way to be in contact him once I got to Berlin. After waiting half an hour I ended up borrowing a helpful strangers' cell phone to find out what was going on. It worked out just fine but this was not the best way to start the visit!
The apartment is in a good location but it is not well-managed. The maintenance of the apartment seems to be outsourced to a third-party cleaning company, who don't do a very good job. When we reached the apartment, it was not cleaned. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the cleaning company to come and clean the apartment. It wasn't cleaned properly though. The floor, tables, dishes, surfaces were all dirty. There was some cigarette ash lying in some dishes. We had to ask for all this to be cleaned and it was cleaned on the last day one night before we left. We had to even ask for toilet paper and soap to be provided. The sofa and cushions were also dirty and not cleaned until the end.
The apartment is otherwise nice and had a good view, and plenty of air and sun. However, it is left to the will of the cleaning company, and the owner doesn't seem to be interested in making sure everything is in place.
