Sleeping spaces: The gray colored couch you see in the photos is a futon which folds flat as a full-size bed. There is also a full size air mattress available for use on floor. And there is a lofted sleeping space which is only recommended for guests who can safely climb a ladder and crawl. There's no formal weight limit, but the loft would not be appropriate for especially heavy bodies. Please treat my furniture, including the built-in loft, with respect; only use it in a safe and appropriate way according to the instructions in the home. I accept absolutely no liability for your use of the loft or any furniture.
Neighbors include Providence Park, churches, a high school, Starbucks and The Hof coffee shops, a pizza place, a Thai restaurant, Laughing Planet Cafe, Washington Park, beautiful residential blocks, and easy, easy access to downtown, Portland State University, The Pearl District, Burnside, The Alphabet District/Nob Hill, Waterfront Park, and of course the bridges to the East side.
Right on the red and blue max lines and several bus lines.
If you have a car, there is a pay lot 1 block away, and there is usually free 90-minute street parking available on our adjacent streets. (Zone A parking, meaning residents have a Zone A permit and everyone else must observe the time limits.)
Your potty-trained pet is welcome, although the building does have some breed restrictions for dogs.
No smoking, no cats.

Goose Hollow is one of the areas experiencing modernization and improvement while retaining growth limits and old-timey charms.
Max and bus service within 1 block. Taxi, Uber and Lyft are always available.
Common courtesy with noise levels and behavior in common spaces is expected.
There is NO SMOKING of any substance in the unit OR on the balcony, please.
The homeowner's association requires that all pets are on a leash in common areas and that no personal items are left in common areas.
While linens and kitchen items are provided for your use, kindly notify us of any stains or other damage done. This is to ensure we have time to provide for the next guests.
Use of any furniture or the lofted work space is AT YOUR OWN RISK; we accept absolutely no liability for injury or damage resulting from your use of any items in the condominium.
Please be conscious of energy and water use. While you are welcome to use the washer and dryer, air conditioning or heating, it is quite easy to keep the space at a comfortable temperature for most of the year with use of the windows and window coverings.
