California King Bed with a Casper mattress. Second bed is a futon in an office space off the bedroom. It is a one bedroom suite.
New private patio and gas fire table.
Private entrance, private bathroom. No check-out chores.
No kitchen, but the suite is surrounded by dozens of restaurants and bars. We do have a small fridge and coffee bar. No microwave

The space
A private walkout suite in the basement of a townhouse. The townhouse is in a quiet residential neighborhood just three blocks from all of the fun on King Street. Turn left at King and stroll through the historic district, less than a mile to the Potomac River.

Guest access
The suite including a private bath and laundry room are all yours. Your entrance is at the back of the townhouse, through a wooden gate, across a patio and down a few stairs to a private door with a keypad lock. Come and go as you like. We keep lights on along the fence inside the gate

Other things to note
Because we live above the suite you may be able to hear us walking on the first floor. We are early risers but we will do our best not to make a lot of noise.
An advantage is we can take care of cleaning ourselves so we have affordable cleaning fees and no check-out chores.
