Interaction with Guests
I don't spend too much time at home and give Airbnb guests their space so they can feel at home. I am generally around for check in (unless we make other arrangements) and can always be reached by phone, text or email for questions.

Shannon had a very nice clean house and was very approachable from the short time that we stayed with her. I have already recommended her place to friends of mine. I also loved the decorating in this guest room. Thank you very much!
Had a great experience. The bedroom was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Never saw Shannon due to scheduling but I enjoyed my stay. Everything was very clean. Lots of privacy. Location was fairly convenient if working downtown.
Place was very cozy, clean and everything we expected. Shannon was very flexible with the booking and replied to our requests very promptly even though she was abroad during our stay. Place was very close driving distance to Downtown and West Ed. Price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend.
It was a great stay! Clean and quite :) I liked the neighborhood and Thanks!
Shannon has a great home, very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Highly recommended, very comfortable stay.
Shannon is a cheerful and helpful young lady. The house is close to downtown by car and the area is quiet. We had good sleep at night.
Although we only very briefly met Shannon, she made it very easy for us to access the place and make ourselves at home. Being able to use the kitchen and the location of the place was really convenient for us too! Her place was tidy so we tried to keep it that way :) Thanks again Shannon!

Looking to share my home in order to make some extra money and fuel my love of travel. Have checked a few major destinations off of my list but would love to see India, New Zealand and Central America.
I cannot pass up a night out that includes Indian food, sushi or red wine.
My life at home is very quiet and simple. I enjoy watching movies, reading and cooking so the house is very quiet in the evening. No children or pets in the home. Must be non-smokers and non drug users.
I've lived in the city for almost ten years and can provide a bounty of information on restaurants, attractions, nightlife, transportation, the downtown core, shopping and any other questions you may have. I am also very familiar with Grant Macewan and the University of Alberta for those of your coming on internships or conferences.
Although I am not a vegetarian, I am happy to not have meat in the house for the duration of your stay.
