My work: Owner, Dinghy Dock Restaurant
I live in Culebra, Puerto Rico with my husband Francois, where we own the Dinghy Dock, a Caribbean restaurant. I love the simplicity of life on this island - sailing, snorkeling, hiking and reading while enjoying some of the most beautiful natural surroundings in the world.
Over the course of my 10 years living here, I've met some of the most interesting people from all over the world. Many of whom I remain close with and travel to visit during our low tourism season.
It's a departure from the life I expected, when I was in university studying chemistry, but I would not trade it for anything in the world.
