Two blocks from Carson Newman University! Walk to campus, 5-10 min walk to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping! Centrally located between Cherokee Lake and Douglas Lake. Newly remodeled and decorated! Everything is brand new!! 50 minutes to Knoxville, 50 minutes to Smokey Mountains, 40 minutes to Dollywood.

Other things to note
We spent an entire year renovating this 91 year old home. It’s not perfect and still has some historic character, but we are so proud of it and look forward to hosting you!

**please note that this home is not kid proof. We do have some breakables and hard surfaces. There are no covers on outlets**
