My host, Som, was very welcoming! The room and accompanying bath was clean and quite large. Almost every amenity that a guest could need was thoughtfully already provided. The bed sheets were changed weekly during my month-long stay, as were the towels in the bathroom. Tasty breakfast cereals and milk and coffee were provided. On one occasion, Som drove me to my destination, which was out of his way, because I would have had to walk in a cold rain. Another time, he, also, offered to drive me, but I was going to be picked up. Very hospitable. He would leave on the porch light for me when I returned at night. The whole house smelled clean. Som offered to let me use his laundry facilities, too.
Wonderful stay in Madison. Som had organized every thing for us. We can'imagine it more perfect. Everything was as described. Highly recommended.
Som was really friendly and helped us to figure out some great places to eat in Madison. We really enjoyed staying at his place; it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. His dog is really sweet, too. I would definitely recommend staying with Som!
Som was again there to meet me when I arrived. This time I came with a friend. We both love this home and think Som is wonderful. Som's house is immaculate and clutter free, and yet he is a most easy-going and sociable host. He seems like he enjoys hosting people and is very happy to accommodate particular needs when he can. He welcomed us with little chocolates on the bed, too!
Although we never had the opportunity to meet Som due to a busy trip to Madison, he was a considerate and generous host. The room was very clean and spacious, his instructions were comprehensive and detailed, and he checked in to make sure our stay was going well. It was our first Airbnb experience, and we enjoyed it!
My husband and I had a great stay at Som's. We had our independence, but still felt welcomed in Som's home. We would definitely stay here again!
Great place! Huge bedroom with desk + bathroom. I am not an aminal person but shelby is an amazing dog! Som was able to help me with everything I need. Thank you

I've lived in Madison for over 10 years now and absolutely love it. Madison is the only city in the world built on an ishtmus (the strip of land between two lakes), and I'm fortunate enough to live on that isthmus.
By profession I am a project manager. I've spent the last 8 years helping to design and implement IT systems projects for insurance companies around Madison. I recently received my MBA from the UW-Madison.
In my personal time I train for Ironman and other triahtlons, explore Madison's amazing restaurant scene, and volunteer with my local Rotary club.
My dog Shelby has been my companion for over 10 years now. She was a handful as a puppy, but has grown into a gentle and calm old girl. I walk several miles a day with her rain or shine, and I love that she keeps me active.
