  • The Airstream has a direct view into the goat barn from both the deck and the bedroom window.
  • Caldwell Lake at Sunset. The level of the lake depends on the precipitation the previous winter, so is sometimes low, especially during the summer.
  • The view from the Airstream deck at sunset includes the barn, the lake, and views of the mountains all the way to Wrightwood, which is 13 miles East of the ranch.
  • For dinner, guests can order our goat taco meal kit. Dinner for 2 in about 15 minutes.
  • Guests can purchase our fresh organic eggs to enjoy for breakfast.
  • Guests are invited to join us on goat hikes. See the Angeles Crest Creamery facebook page for event details.
  • The view from the Airstream kitchen window sometimes includes a beautiful Bluebird.
  • Guests have access to a canoe for relaxing on the lake. During the summer the lake is often too low for canoeing.
  • Hiking in the Pinon Pine forests on the property is a great way to get out of the sun when it's warm.

  • Goats love to be scratched.
  • Visitors in late winter and early spring might get to see babies being born.
  • On our ranch, kids are never taken away from their moms. Moms raise their kids and kids have first dibs at the milk produced--humans get the extra when it's available.

  • Guests can interact with the goats. Snuggling baby goats is encouraged.
  • The Ranch includes a wide variety of native plants. In the spring there are many tiny desert flowers.
  • We also raise chickens for eggs and meat.
  • We roast our own coffee at the Ranch. Guests can have coffee delivered to the Airstream and also buy freshly roasted coffee to take home.
  • Our 4 Great Pyrenees dogs guard the goats from predators and are always excited to play with people.
  • Our pullman loaves also make great french toast.
  • Our signature ranch bread is a pullman loaf enriched with goats milk. We don't bake every week, but inquire in advance of your stay if you'd like to pre-order bread.
  • Let us stock the Airstream with farm fresh goodies for you, including fresh goat cheese. Cheese is seasonal--we only make cheese when there is extra goat milk available once the goats have weaned their babies.
  • Another signature dish we make at the Ranch is this sweet Indian spiced pudding dessert made with super thick yogurt, saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg.
  • Goat mole tamales.
  • Guests are welcome to enjoy the sauna. The sauna takes about 90 minutes to heat up for use, so plan ahead.
