The space
Charming small ranch home, just minutes from Franklin and Oil City, featuring 2 luxury bedrooms with Smart TVs. The cozy living room with couch and recliner offers a fireplace and a Smart t.v for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Waffle Bar plus a coffee, tea, and hot cocoa bar. Air fryer and full kitchen helps with cooking enjoyment. Enjoy a full bathroom with towels provided. The home has front and back entrances, a full driveway, and plenty of outdoor space with a covered front porch and back patio. Relax by the firepit or fire table, with Adirondack chairs, an outdoor table, and a grill. Firewood is provided at tip only cost. All firepits, patio furniture is all seasonal, we keep it out as long as we can and put it out as soon as we can!
