  • This apartment is two train stops from the airport, you firstly take the Narita express, and then jump on the yamonate line and then the ikegami line. The trains in Tokyo are very regular and easy which made it simple to get to accomodation. Once you arrive at senzokuiki station it is a very easy walk to this accomodation... We arrived at night and Ryo was very accomodating and waited until we arrived and showed us around the apartment, my husband and I stayed in the bed on the mezzanine, and my mother in-law slept on the mattress, the beds were very comfortable. We stayed just as the cherry blossoms were in full bloom which was spectacular to wake up to every morning, you look out the living area straight on to the top of the cherry blossoms. This accomodation was conveniently located near the lake which has markets around the lake and there are many restraunts and a convenience store, pharmacy and clothing stores just around the corner. We were able to use the wi-fi in the apartment. And it has a full kitchen if required. And laundry and bathroom and seperate toilet. The accomodation was very clean and tidy. Ryo was very lovely to deal with, and was happy to help with anything. I highly recommend this place for your stay in japan, especially in April when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom.

  • The place was quiet and quaint just as described. The neighbors were friendly (if we saw any) and we did not have any issues getting to the metro (next to 24hr ramen!). The place fits three ladies of all sizes okay. We slept on futons on the floor, and one bed near the ceiling. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed, the bathroom and bath are separate so no issues there. Washing machine and hang dry, fully furnished and the only thing you need to bring is your clothes, hygiene and food. Ryo was so nice and hung out with us. He responded to all my questions at all times of the day and was very down to earth. The condo is on the second floor, and easily situated in a residential neighborhood. There are at least 3 convenience stores and at least one of those is 24 hours. We would definitely stay here again.

  • The flat and ryo are both great! It was or first time in Tokyo which can be an overwhelming but ryo did his upmost to help us out with any questions regarding train tickets, logistics and tourist advice. Without him our Tokyo experience would have been very different!
We were three friends and there was sufficient space, we could cook for ourselves and there are plenty of shops nearby. There was ac in the bedroom and an extra fan for sleeping, which was needed in the Tokyo summer heat! We had a great time exploring Tokyo with this quiet flat as a base. The best thing was that ryo was contactable during our trip, so if we needed anything it was never a problem. You'll have a great time in Tokyo and even better if you stay at ryo's!

  • Ryoji's place is really nice and comfortable. I was going to stay in a hotel but I'm glad that I stayed here instead. It's just as he described and very quiet. You can actually hear the birds in the morning! It's centrally located and close to the train so you can get to anywhere. Price is excellent for renting an entire home! Ryoji is very friendly and a great host. English speakers - don't worry as he speaks perfect English with no accent!
