The space
The property’s exterior was used to film all of the scenes set at the Byers’ home and influenced the design of the interior sets, which were built in a nearby studio. We've meticulously designed the home interior as an immersive vacation rental inspired by the show, complete with authentic '80s decor. Fans will instantly recognize iconic details and hidden Easter eggs from the series, making it a must-visit destination for Stranger Things superfans.

For over a year, dozens of fans and professionals worked to design this vacation rental, curating every VHS tape, vinyl record, board game, and trinket for you. The experience is built to be period-appropriate, including many different installations and technologies (both old and new) that may be in different stages of use and functionality. As a result, we hope travelers have some patience and understanding if the 1950s-era lampshade or 1960s CRT television might not be as dependable as their modern-day equivalents. But don’t worry; we’ve also included must-have amenities, including new appliances (stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer) and a 75” Samsung Frame TV with streaming services so you can watch episodes of Stranger Things while hanging out by the interactive Christmas light wall inspired by the Byers living room.
Located just 15-20 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and 10 minutes from Trilith Studios, this unique vacation rental offers an immersive experience and a one-of-a-kind stay for superfans and nostalgic travelers alike.

This home will be available just for your personal use and enjoyment during the stay.
Other things to note
Given the unique nature of the property and to protect the experience for all fans and future visitors, there are a few rules that must be followed in order to book and travel to the Byers House.
All individual visitors must be registered with the host before visiting the property.
All vehicles must be registered before arrival (make, model, license plate).
No parties or social gatherings may be hosted on the property at any time.
Exterior security cameras and Interior Noise Decibel Monitors are present at the property to ensure that rules are followed.
Commercial photography, videography, or other media is strictly not allowed without the prior written consent of the owner. There is a $500 commercial shooting fee for any influencer or other commercial media filming, and a signed agreement will be required. We do not provide discounts or free influencer stays.
**It is a Building and Safety mandate to only allow 2 people per bedroom. There can be no more than 6 guests at the property.**
