Located in the heart of the very popular and beautiful area of Lark Lane and just 2 mins away from Sefton Park in Liverpool. This is an old 19th century Georgian style house, with a very elegant and distinct feel. The room is a period room equipped with luxury king size bed, an antique dresser, a working fire place and gorgeous tall windows with view on the old 19th century police station.
Lark Lane is a popular and bohemian area of the city, very close to Sefton Park and Princes Park, its a very green and quiet part of the city with a very friendly neighbourhood and community feel, but also offers a wide variety of bars, restaurants and quirky shops.
Connections to city centre are very easy, either by bus or train (situated all at walking distance), or 30mins walking or 10mins bike ride.
Included in the price is access to a lovely and comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen with a range master cooker, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, 1 bathroom with king size bath tub and shower, 1 separate toilet, wi-fi internet, continental breakfast.
Please be considerate of neighbours and people around you, no parties, no extra guests unless previously arranged with me, leave the place as you find out and if you use the kitchen please clean up after yourself.
Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay at Giacomo's house. He was extremely hospitable, especially since we had to cut our stay short. The house was really beautiful, as was the room we stayed in. The area, Lark Lane, was really nice and was only a short distance from the city centre. Would definitely recommend to anyone heading to Liverpool for a short or long stay! Thanks again Giacomo!
Wow! Amazing! The room and the house are beautiful and huge. Giacomo is great and very kind. Everything is clean and cozy. Lark Lane is full of restaurants and pretty shops and in 15 minuts with bus number 82 you can reach the Center.
Thank you Giacomo! We spent two wonderful days! :-)
the room is really cute, the house as well, and the neighborhood also !
I recommand going from here to Liverpool Center walking along the riverside, great sight !
This is a lovely home and despite not crossing paths (I was visiting Liverpool to go to a conference) Gia and Gen made me feel very welcome and their communication was excellent. I am a vegan and they had all figured out with soya milk for my coffee, bread and fruit in the morning. Their cats are cute and adorable. The room was spacious with plenty of room to hang clothes etc and a nice place to hang out and relax. The neighbourhood has lots of bars and places to eat and a 10 minute walk away from St. Michaels station where a short train journey takes you right into Liverpool city centre. I wish I could have stayed longer. All in all a really nice comfortable stay in an cool area of Liverpool. Highly recommended.
An extraordinarily beautiful house and a polite and friendly host.
If you need tips for night out-beyond the mainstream- ask Giacomo!
Our stay at Giacomo's was really lovely - we had a great welcome, and the house is in such a nice part of Liverpool. The room was spacious and just how it looks on the advert, and the bed was so comfortable! The breakfast arrangement was good - things are put out and you can help yourself which means you don't have to get up for any time in particular - only tiny thing was on the 2nd morning, I couldn't find the milk! Giacomo and Genevieve were really friendly and easy to chat to, but gave you your own space too; perfect for a BnB. It was my first time using AirBnB and I'll definitely do it again!
A very good location to explore Liverpool. The neighborhood of Lark Lane is a good place to hang out for a drink or a meal. The station for busses or the train is nearby. The room in the house was big and cosy. Also the bathroom was ok. Breakfast is basic. We just saw Giacomo and his girlfriend for a few minutes, they were very friendly and willing to help. The city of Liverpool is amazing: great museums, big Beatles-stories, vibrant Albert dock... A place to go back!
