Nestled in a laid-back neighborhood amongst the locals, away from the jam-packed tourist spot. Yet, it is only a few minutes' drive to the central part of Canggu.

- Located on the 2nd floor in the 3-floor building.
- The whole loft is fully air-conditioned
- Smart lock installed
- King-sized bed
- Bathrooms with essential shower amenities and modern sanitary

RESPECT CHECK-OUT TIME
If you would like a late check-out, please contact us in advance. It is subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
For guests who remain at the property beyond the agreed check-out time without prior approval, an additional charge will automatically apply:
After 12:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate
From 4:00 PM onwards: 70% of the nightly rate
From 6:00 PM onwards: Full nightly rate
These charges also apply when personal belongings remain in the villa and prevent our housekeeping team from beginning the scheduled turnover.
We appreciate your understanding, as timely check-out helps us prepare the home properly and ensure the same welcoming experience for every arriving guest.
Other things to note
-- Include complimentary housekeeping/cleaning service 3x a week
-- Fresh bedding/bed linen and towels at check-in
-- Parking space can only accommodates scooter/motorbike
-- If you stay longer than 3 nights, bed linen are changed 2x a week and towels are changed 3x a week. If you require daily changes for sheets and towels, please be advised that there will be an additional charge for express laundry services.
-- Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them during their stay. In case of any damage occurs please inform the host :)
-- Bringing pets is only allowed with the approval of the host

-- There is an ongoing neighbor renovation project near the apartment. Depending on the specific activities taking place on any given day, while some days may involve minimal/non-disruptive finishing work, there may be occasions of work, such as drilling/hammering that result in audible noises.
