The space
The Peak View Guesthouse is a stylish 2 bed/ 1 bath guesthouse located on the ground level of a lovingly renovated historic home, built in 1900, surrounded by unforgettable views of Pikes Peak and surrounding mountains.

The guesthouse is in a perfect location for your stay. The property is in a private cul-de-sac and it feels like you are in Garden of the Gods. You are only a:

- 7-minute drive to charming Manitou Springs' boutiques and mineral springs
- 5 minutes drive to historic Old Colorado City's galleries and restaurants
- 10 minutes drive to downtown Colorado Springs

I love the bright and stylish vibe of my home and hope that you'll enjoy its design and aesthetic as well.

You will take in majestic views from multiple points: the patio, the yard, the hot tub, the living room and the fire pit! Imagine a 14,115' tall mountain range towering 8000' over the Colorado Springs skyline while sitting out drinking your morning coffee (or glass of wine as the sun sets). Best of all there are no mosquitoes or bugs to ruin your vibe!

During your stay, you'll enjoy:

- Mountain-View Relaxation: Unwind in a spotless 6-person hot tub while taking in breathtaking peaks.

- Stargazing & S'mores: Gather around the gas fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.

- Light-Packer Friendly: Full laundry with a washer/dryer and all the supplies you need.

- Thoughtful Dining: A dedicated space with seating for six to enjoy slow morning coffees or family feasts.

- Boutique Bathroom Essentials: Stocked with plush towels and premium toiletries so you never run out of the basics.
