Sunrise Shores is two homes in one! In the main house you will find a modern kitchen with quartz countertops and a massive island perfect for preparing dinner and then sitting down to enjoy it. There is room for everyone! Seating in the living room is situated to look out over Lake Superior from the room's floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall windows. The main house has two bedrooms with barn doors, each with a TV and views of Lake Superior. Rounding out the main house is the bathroom with a tile-surround walk-in shower and quartz countertops on the spacious vanity. Note that the bedrooms in this home are open at the ceiling, allowing for airflow from the AC in Bedroom 1.
Over in the guest house, you will find a large family room with a TV, AC, and a sectional sofa that's perfect for gathering around for family game night or movie night. This room also has a laundry area. Everyone loves heading home and unpacking with clean clothes! Then up an exterior staircase, you will find a lake-facing deck located off of the third bedroom. This bedroom has a TV, AC, and an attached bathroom that also has a lovely tile-surround walk-in shower.
Sunrise Shores has 175 feet of private Lake Superior cobblestone shoreline. Skip rocks on the beach or just enjoy a stroll up and down the shore. Gather together in the evenings around the Solo Stove fire pit. The outdoor space at this property is something to be envied, and yours to enjoy during your next vacation to the North Shore!

No Smoking: This home has a strict no smoking policy anywhere on the property.
Security Warning: This home has a security camera facing up the driveway for security and plowing purposes. There is also one on the back of the home pointed towards the lake for checking on the shoreline.

Area Information
The location up the shore from Grand Marais means you have ample amounts of privacy but are also close to everything the North Shore has to offer. Miles of hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and cross-country ski trails are just a short drive away. Several state parks are also easy to access from this home. Or head on into Grand Marais and do some shopping at the unique ma and pa shops that make the area so unique. No chain stores here! The restaurants are also one of a kind! You could easily spend a month at Sunrise Shores and still find a new spot to explore and enjoy every day.
Accessibility Information
-The main home and lower level of the garage home are accessible to those with limited mobility.
-There are two short and wide steps and a small doorway lip required to access the main house. See exterior photos
-The main home is a single-story home. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located at ground level.
-The flooring is all tile, there is no carpet in the home. The rugs in the bedroom are flat.
-The bathroom shower can accommodate a seat (not provided) and has a handheld showerhead.
-All doorways are at or exceed 32". The bedrooms are accessible through two barn doors that open wide and are easy to close.
-The third bedroom, located above the garage, would not be accessible as it requires a flight of stairs to access.
