Yosemite National Park is now requiring park reservations on peak days. As this property is inside of the Yosemite National Park gates, park reservations are included with this rental. Park entrance fees still apply.

The space
Nestled high in the treetops overlooking Yosemite National Park! If you don't mind some stairs, this house has it all with incredible mountain and sunset views! This cozy 2 - bedroom with a private loft cabin is a great base of operations while you visit the Park!
This home is perfect for couples and small families. The loft overlooking the living room has 1 queen bed and a private bathroom, and the main floor bedroom has 1 queen bed and a shared hallway bathroom. The lower level has 1 queen, two twin beds, a private bathroom with a shower, and a TV. The living room is equipped with a 50" 4k TV with a blu-ray player. The dining table seats 8. Enjoy cooking a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. You will never forget the sunsets from this beautiful home situated on the treetops!
Only 1 large car or 2 small cars can fit for parking during summer months. In winter one car only. Chains are required from November through April.

With the need for virtual meetings higher than ever before, please note that satellite internet may not be fast enough to work properly with various web-based teleconferencing services.

Other things to note
The wood burning fire place is no longer safe to use.

We provide you with dishware, cookware, silverware, blankets, pillows, linens, and towels. Condiments provided are hot chocolate, coffee and filters, sugar packets, cream packets, tea bags, and salt & pepper. We also provide dishwasher detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. All our properties come equipped with propane BBQs, and we provide the propane.

Please note that if you are bringing an ESA with you to your visit to the Park there are specific rules regarding service animals. Per Park rules if your service animal does not perform tasks that are protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If your service animal does not meet the legal definition of a service animal under the ADA or is still in training it will be regarded as a pet. And will therefore have to follow the rules set out by the Park on pets.

For use of our properties many are not pet-friendly so if you have a service animal we ask that the animal never be left unattended or allowed on furniture or bedding. We will charge you for any damages and extra cleaning for the protection of the home and future guests.

Yosemite Park is a part of my life, it's my second home. As a child I enjoyed badger pass ski resort, mountain climbing, lots of hiking, fishing, and the wildlife, the park has been my backyard my whole life. I learned a lot from visitors from all over the country, and overseas. I enjoy traveling myself, I also grew up surfing, skating, and kayaking, I'm an adventurer. My favorite vacations were staying in a villas, beach houses, lodges, and enjoying the area. I hope to bring that to my guests as well. Come, enjoy one of my cabins, as your home in Yosemite!
